Called on a Sunday and left a message and was called back within the hour by Greg. Greg was very professional and offered me several options for my sevice needs. I opted for next business day instead of emergency service and service fee quoted was reasonable. I later found that my water heater was indeed covered under warranty by the manufacturer and informed Greg that a different company would be coming to service my water heater. Greg thanked me and also offered any plumbing services for the future. I will definitely keep H. Jack's as my #1 choice for any needs going forward. What stood out to me most is the vice president's response to many of the reviews. Thats why I chose H. Jack's. Keep up the great service.

Had to replace our RP backflow device. Our technician was very helpful and accommodated our schedule so that we were without water for a very short amount of time.

My experience with wyattworks has been the best experience I've ever had with a service company like this. They came out, found the problem and had the repair crew out the NEXT day! They had to dig up the entire plumbing lines in my house. They noticed the one part didn't need done which they told me about and ended up saving me money which was very honest of them. I will happily use them again.

One of there plumbers told us we needed a hot water heater. While he was there he said we should replace our toilets because we can save money on water (they have the four gallon tanks), so we picked one up at the same time we got the hot water tank. He told us how much it would cost and noted what we would need, and we told him we would be getting in touch soon. My husband called and confirmed the charges with the receptionist prior to scheduling. We called and were told someone will be out between 8 and 10. At 9 my husband calls and was told someone will be out in 15. He calls again at 9:30 and was told he'd be there in 20. My husband had to cancel because he couldn't rely on him being there by 10. It was scheduled for the same time the next day, he shows at 9:45. It takes forever to drain the heater. He doesn't have a shut off valve (which was noted by original plumber). What kind of plumber doesn't have a shut off valve. We asked if he needed a permit, and he said no (which is a lie). He charged at anywhere from $132-$232 more than the original estimate, and the second one too. My husband has been calling for a month to tell them he needs to speak to the owner. Either they don't answer when the see his number or they just don't call back. They didn't give us a receipt, nor will they send us one. They also have nothing to say about the wobbly toilet they installed. I guess it would've been nice if he installed the nut. We found it in the driveway, but aren't sure how tight to tighten it (it still wobbles).I guess we should've waited when we had a problem with the bill until the plumber contacted his manager.

They arrived at our home as soon as they could, did estimations through the home, then started the work, the estimations were reasonable, but can be pricey, the work was done efficient and fast and solved our problem

My General Electric furnace/air conditioner stopped cooling the house on Friday July 3. I called a number of repair shops including personal friends. Initially my appointment was scheduled for the following Monday past the holiday weekend. Much to my surprise, Jerry of My Guys was able to come on Friday afternoon and take care of my problem. Upon arrival, I told him the problem and headed for the air cooling compressor in the back yard. He removed the back panel and pulled out a part and replaced it. He identified another part that was a candidate for replacement, asked if I wanted that part replaced, and replaced it. He put the back panel on. I paid him and he left. He did not even enter the house.

I was totally impressed with his professionalism, his problem diagnostic ability and resolution, his confidence and just getting the job done. Kudos to Jerry and to My Guys for showing up early and fixing the problem in an expedient manner. You guys (and gals) are one heck of a team. THANK YOU!!

This was a very painless experience. Jordan and Zach were friendly, courteous and a wealth of information for my questions. They were totally unobstrusive and finished earlier than I anticipated. All the staff I dealt with from the first phone call to set up and appointment through the installation were very professional. I would recommend Gorjanc to anyone.
