I used this company as a subcontractor for a client of mine who was in desperate need. Long story short, she had multiple medical issues, and a daughter who required daily medical care. When they used us for a water damage we needed to replace their furnace as soon as possible. Schneller & Knochelmann came out within a day of my call, I had the estimate that day, and we had replaced the furnace within 72 hours. I've never seen a company respond like that before. They understood the need and did everything they could to help us take care of one of our neighbors. I would recommend them for HVAC work any day. Joe was fantastic! Always on time and very professional. Joe installed a new shower valve and relocated shower drain. My doggies loved him as well. Very satisfied and will use him for any plumbing work in the future.

EXPENSIVE and frustrating system.
Feel like I was taken for a ride. $5000 for an 80 gallon water heater. Very easy access and about a 2 hour remove/install process.
Hope it’s top of the line and lasts a long long time.

We had a frozen pipe that broke early on the day after Christmas. I called several plumbing companies in vain but then reached Nieman plumbing. They were able to come in the early afternoon on the same day. The plumber arrived on time and quick LTL replaced the broken pipe. I would definitely recommend this company.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
