Best Water Service Repair in Cincinnati OH

I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

Our air stopped working last night. I called at 7:00 AM today and they were able to schedule me for between 10-12 pm. By 8:45 I had a call that they could come early. We had Ian Taylor. He was very kind and helpful. He answered all my random questions and was able to fix our AC (broken capacitor) in no time. Would definitely use them again.

Incredibly unprofessional. Made an appointment with them to have my tub, toilet and sink reinstalled after having my floor replaced. My appointment was for 8:30am and they were running late so I gave them a call to see what was going on. They said that an emergency call came in and that my appointment had been pushed to 10am. I was fine with that, although I wished they had informed me ahead of time. The plumbers arrived at 10:30am and were there only 30 minutes before saying that another emergency happened and they had to leave. The ONLY thing they had done was put the tub back in it’s place. I had made an appointment with this company and expected my work to be completed. If they had been so busy with emergency calls then they should have called me earlier to just reschedule, not just leave me high and dry with my bathroom still out of order. Don’t waste your time dealing with this company.

I was very pleased with your company, from the person who took my call(s) to Shawn who made the repairs. He is very professional, honest, and pleasant. He arrived in a timely manner, and when I had to have him return the next day, he was on time. The return trip was because of a faulty brand new product which I had provided. He got a new fill valve, installed it and is now working properly. I WILL RECCOMEND YOUR COMPANY. I found you in the Christian Blue Pages.

Stay away for this organization. Small gas leak estimate $100+ - then ‘because old pipes and Duke Energy and pressure tests... $500 for this and $500 for that...’. Duke Energy came out and fixed the leak, pressure tested and approved for FREE. Beware!

Drain lines added for kitchen reno and new laundry room. Quality work. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll be calling RT.
