This company has done every kind of utility work possible on my 180 year old home. They are far superior with quality and knowledge than your basic contractor. Most of all they are honest!

Fast, friendly service. They didn't credit the trip charge even though we had a service performed like the other guys do but they were able to come out a lot sooner, so it was worth it to us.

When I needed a garbage disposal removed and my sink repaired, I called G&K and asked for an estimate. They were friendly and professional, and their estimate was roughly the same as what every other place gave, so I made an appointment. The plumber arrived right when he'd said he would, and his work was excellent. It ended up costing less than they'd estimated. I'm very happy, and I'd call them again if I needed more work done.

I was very pleased with your company, from the person who took my call(s) to Shawn who made the repairs. He is very professional, honest, and pleasant. He arrived in a timely manner, and when I had to have him return the next day, he was on time. The return trip was because of a faulty brand new product which I had provided. Ryan & Carl were amazing! They were able to remove a broken water heater through a very, very small space & install a new one on a SUNDAY. They were polite, kind, & very professional Plus everything was completely cleaned up! I highly recommend them!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
