When I needed a garbage disposal removed and my sink repaired, I called G&K and asked for an estimate. They were friendly and professional, and their estimate was roughly the same as what every other place gave, so I made an appointment. The plumber arrived right when he'd said he would, and his work was excellent. It ended up costing less than they'd estimated. I'm very happy, and I'd call them again if I needed more work done.

I was very pleased with your company, from the person who took my call(s) to Shawn who made the repairs. He is very professional, honest, and pleasant. He arrived in a timely manner, and when I had to have him return the next day, he was on time. The return trip was because of a faulty brand new product which I had provided. I just moved into a new building, and we were having some problems with clogs and backups. Our maintenance team contacted 1 Tom-Plumber, and he gave my name and number to Blake. He called me and told me that my name was given to him by our head maintenance manager. He told me that he was in route, and would be here in 20 minutes or so. He called when he arrived to make sure he had the right building. I let him in and I explained some of the problems we were having with the plumbing. He told me that he would go out and check the access points outside, and if he needed to enter back into my apartment he would let me know. He did his assessment, and he came back and kept me informed on everything he was doing from start to finish. He ran a camera through on of the access points, and discovered a clog/blockage. He told me that he would try to see if he could dislodge it, or he didn’t know if he would have to contact the contractors for further assistance. He came back a little bit later to tell me that he was able to push the debris out and that the blockage was freed. He was very professional, and he told me before he left that he would make sure he cleaned up my bathroom before he left. He was very proficient, and very technical as he was explaining things to me. He also gave me some good instructions on how to flush and the best toilet paper to use to prevent further problems. He told me also to give it and extra flush too and that may help. Overall Blake did an outstanding job, and I would recommend him to anyone that asked me if I knew of a plumber.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Howard and Keith did an amazing job correcting issues on our 1906 Craftsman. They updated our plumbing and replaced a water heater expansion tank. The work they did was perfect and was a fair price.

Our water heater broke in the night. They had a team here an hour after I called and a new water heater installed before 3 pm!

I hired Ryan and Jeff Tharp whom are father and son of R&T Plumbing. They repaired my leak that was underneath my sink at a very affordable price. I am so pleased with their work and will be referring them from here on out. They are very honest hard working men.

Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
