Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

Cody pointed out we had coolant leaking, and has ordered the part to fix the issue. He also noted that our duct work, even though it was cleaned not all that long ago was dirty. He indicated that they stopped using that company because of bad results, and would see what he could do to get us some of the fee back to cover a proper cleaning.

I contacted Quality Comfort for a whole house duct cleaning. The Crew was awesome!!! Professional service techs who get the job done right!! I can already tell the difference in the air quality of my home.

I have been building and contracting homes for 25 years. I have never ran across a company that tries to scam people like this company does. They said HVAC was leaking carbon monoxide and needed to be replaced. High pressure sales then dropped price significantly when they saw my son wasn't biting. We had two other companies come in for inspections after--- and no issues and were shocked with what we told them about Jollys findings. This outfit is straight-up scaming people. They are set up to scam people based on some of these other reviews and the experience. 12 thousand dollar scam job attempt.

Unbelievable service

Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end. I would deff recommend using them there prices are fair. From the moment I called till the moment my business was done with them was handle great. Thank you dalton again!

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
