He arrived in a timely manner, and when I had to have him return the next day, he was on time. The return trip was because of a faulty brand new product which I had provided. Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

After receiving a fairly outrageous quote from another company, I contacted Best. They were able to get someone out to see me same day, the plumber was friendly, quoted me quickly, and finished the job with zero issues. Would (and will) use again if the need arises.

Edit: My home warranty company assigned a different company to replace my broken water heater. Over 2 weeks of runaround and little communication from the other company, my warranty company allowed me to use a company of my choosing. After my last experience with Best they were my first call.

They made it out the next day, replaced the water heater the same visit, and even gave me a discount for the issues that arrived from my warranty company and the other plumbing company (even though Best had nothing to do with that mess).

Needless to say, after my last 2 experiences, I am fairly certain I have found my plumbing company for the foreseeable future.

We had T&G come out to diagnose our AC unit. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and professional. However, the tech that came out to our house was rude and unpleasant to work with. He was short with responses and did not seem overly happy to be here. We went downstairs to check the breakers that he adjusted which resulted in causing another electrical issue in the house. After he packed up his truck I let him know about the issue he caused and he said he wasn’t an electrician and whoever wired the house did it poorly. He didn’t even offer to go back in to try to fix what he did. Since he said we needed a new unit, I asked questions on pricing and he wouldn’t give me a straight answer. Instead he gave me flippant answers that he probably saves up and uses on all customers who ask questions. Once he left, I was able to flip the breaker switch that was connected to the AC unit and it is running perfectly fine now. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with our experience.

The drain from our cement stationary tubs needed to be cleared. Service tech called 10 minutes before arriving, cleared the drain, and was on his way to the next appointment in 45 minutes. Very professional.

We used Plumb Tite to do the rough in and final hook up of fixtures on our basement bathroom addition. They took our plans and made it happen, while working with county inspectors and permitting to complete the job at multiple stages. Steve was the lead on our job and couldn’t have been happier with this service. Very experienced and focused on customer service. Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end.
