Adam and Jarrod came to my house due to the kitchen sink was clogged. They cleared the clog in no time. Both of them were very professional and answered all of my questions. I will be using Wake Plumbing in the future.

Wake Plumbing is simply the best and most reasonably priced plumbing company in the area.

I will never use any other plumber! I was referred to Wake Plumbing by a trusted friend to install a water softener. I got 3 bids. They were not the lowest (because the lowest bid was going to do it wrong), but they were not the highest. I went with Wake because out of the 3 companies that came out, Erik was the most trustworthy, professional and friendly. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary services. Wake also goes the extra mile: I was worried that the water softener would be delivered too early prior to the scheduled installation and that I would have to move the unit myself and they offered took come out and move it into my garage for me! That was not part of the quote and certainly not their responsibility, but it speaks to the character of this company. On the day of installation, they arrived on time, got right to work, and finished in less time than originally quoted. The work was done quickly and professionally. I cannot recommend Wake Plumbing enough and intend to use them for any and all future plumbing jobs.

January 2023, I called Wake Plumbing again when my water heater was leaking, Erik came out almost immediately to assess the problem and then scheduled the repair within the week. The plumbers with his company are friendly, professional, and efficient. When another issue arose with a few days of the repair (which they anticipated might happen), they came out and fixed that problem quickly. I appreciate the fact that they didn't recommend fixing something that wasn't broken at the time, but when it occurred, took care of the problem quickly and at no additional charge.

Wake Plumbing has been nothing but great. They got me in same day for a water heater issue. Adam was professional and detailed in trying to figure out what was wrong with the unit. Very friendly. Highly recommend.

I am incredibly thankful Wake Plumbing was recommended to us. They came out promptly and did an inspection and a second opinion. Wake saved us from 10s of thousands of repairs. He instead gave us a thorough inspection inside and outside (including analyzing the yard for any signs of issues), gave us alternative options, as well as a long term plan to address issues should our pipes deteriorate enough to need action.

This approach lets us monitor our current issues (we had two unrelated problems 4 years apart), as well as save and develop a plan should more intervention be needed. It's also FAR cheaper than the big company plan, even at the highest level of intervention, and still would be a very long term fix.

Brie was also great to work with. Erik got delayed waiting for an inspector and she was amazing at keeping us updated.

We've already recommended Wake Plumbing to others we know and will continue to do so. As a business they just stand out.

We had a leaky hose bib that was replaced by Wake plumbing. From initial call (to schedule the appointment) through the hand shake after the job was completed, everyone at Wake was kind, considerate, thorough and all-around true professionals! Wake plumbing really bailed me out of the multiple water issues that occurred after a new home purchase. They dug up my yard and replaced my sewer line(on Christmas Eve no less) after the line was found collapsed weeks after purchase. Also, rain water in the basement was an issue and they installed a sump pump. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and kept me informed throughout. My house has had zero water issues since. I would highly recommend Eric and his team!!!!

I ran into an issue with my main water shut off valve over the weekend. I had to turn the water off while installing our new washer and dryer and when turning it back on the twist valve broke leaving me unable to use the handle to turn the water on or off again. I had heard good things about Wake and left them a voicemail over the weekend letting them know my situation and that I would like a ball valve installed in place of the twist valve. They called me back promptly on Monday morning and we were able to quickly get on the schedule for that Wednesday. Their service agent arrived on time and was able to accomplish the work in a matter of a couple of hours. I was very happy with the level of work and will be using them again in the future for any additional plumbing needs that may arise.

Erik and his crew are our “go-to” for any and all plumbing! They are quick to respond and amazing at taking their time to make sure the job is done right! We may be their toughest customer with the insane plumbing issues we have, but Wake Plumbing never fails us-even when the pipes do! Our house was not getting hot water, they gave us hot water. She walked me through a few different steps as to make sure she was getting all the information that she would need to pass along to Eric who would be coming out. I have called on Wake Plumbing to do my Sump Pump replacement - Erik not only came himself the same day - he was back the very next day with a replacement and battery back up. I did not have a drop of water in my basement because of the fast response.

I then called on them to install my new kitchen sink, faucet, and disposal. Excellent work performed, arrived on time, was fast, clean, and my wife loves her new sink and faucet

Today they came out because I had some slow drains I was afraid I had some tree roots in there and but that wasn’t the case and everything checked out running right now and they’re the best company

Once again, wait, Plumbing has come through with a win in my book as my water heater went out yesterday I called first thing in the morning very shortly after I had my appointment set up for this morning, they bumped it up from the afternoon to the very first thing this morning, and within two hours after this morning, I had hot water again. Exceptional service and I would always recommend wake Plumbing.

Wake plumbing was great when we remodeled our bathroom! Very professional, got the job done quickly and correctly, and I feel like the price was very reasonable. It’s hard to trust a lot of companies to come work on your house but Wake Plumbing is not one of them! We had Wake Plumbing here to install a tankless hot water heater. They scheduled the estimate 2 weeks out, but once we were ready to go they scheduled quickly. Their estimate was nearly half the quotes we got from other companies in the area, but was in line with market costs from my research. They arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. When they were done, we noticed that an old leak was still present and dripping onto the new HWH. They came back within the hour and fixed it for no additional cost. I would use then again and recommend them highly! Quality work and customer service.

Recently met Erik as the plumbing contractor associated with a new countertop installation. He was very friendly, thorough, and took time to provide insight on potential future projects that I asked about.... not rushed at all. When water heater went out about a month later, Erik was quick to address the next day. The whole process from initial response to my call, installation of new tankless system, and fair pricing ....was very friendly and professional! Definitely recommend Wake Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I called to have Erik come out for an estimate November 6th and he said he would send over an invoice to me. On November 13th I asked if he had it ready or not and I was told he would finish it as soon as he was available. I was also told he was booked until December 7th which was the earliest appointment and was told they would hold the earliest appointment for me. Which I thought was a very kind gesture. But November 23rd I asked again if the invoice was completed yet and Brie got back to me on the November 24th and said Erik was working on my estimate and he would hopefully have it completed by the end of the week. Here we are December 17th and I have yet to hear back from them. I think this is very poor business. If you didn’t want to do the job, I would much rather be told instead of blowing me off.

I’ve known Erik for years and only feel comfortable with his company and workmanship. His guys were professional working with me while out of town. I appreciate his business and willingness to get the job done.

But the owner reached on to me in my post and I called the number and they came out the next day to look and the the work was done in a week. The services rendered led to us PERSONALLY buying a new toilet & installing it ourselves. Unfortunately Wake charged $370 to let us know that's what needed to happen. This would have been obvious after 30 minutes of labor but they stuck around another hour and a half in order to justify the hefty bill. Buyer beware.

Wake came out because I was concerned about a smell inside my home. Not only did they take the time to explain what was going on but they did not overcharge or charge me for unnecessary work. Every aspect of service that was provided by Erik, Jim, and Brie at Wake Plumbing was far superior to any home service we have received in over twenty five years of home ownership.
I will start with my initial communication which I sent on a Sunday. I received a reply within the hour from Erik to confirm he had received the message and that Brie would contact me the following morning to set up a service call.

From the initial contact that I made with Wake Plumbing, until the completion of the job, every aspect of communication, interaction, and service was excellent.

Adam and his apprentice whose name slips my mind we’re here right on time very friendly and efficient. They hooked up my new gas dryer and where fast and efficient. They took the time to checkout my kitchen sink and gave me their suggestions and explained everything to me. I’m happy to say they will be back to fix an on going problem I have had with the sink since I moved in.

A pipe froze in the bathroom under the tub. The plumbing was run through a concrete slab but Erik was able to identify that it was an older run to an already capped off pipe and not to my sink! Also the people answering the phones are great to talk to. I will use Wake again.

Wake Plumbing has performed a repair and installed a refrigerator water line for me. I have nothing but positive things to say. Communication was quick and the estimates were accurate.
