customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

Thought I had some major problems. Rick came out the day after I called and checked the whole system over and found a simple fix. Great job getting out quick when it’s supposed to be 2 degrees tonight! Excellent customer service.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

When my AC stopped working at 10 in the evening, I googled HVAC services around me, chose Quality Comfort and man I'm glad I did! I was able to make an appt online and the issue was identified and fixed by 10AM the following morning. I mean wow - as a first time home owner who knows very little about these things, they helped me so quickly that I didn't even have time to stress about it! Darrel professionally scoped, hydro washed, and installed a new liner in my sewer pipe. He explained each process as it was performed so I could better understand each step. He told me he had to go through training to get certified for this work and that he had been doing it for several years. He also showed me the materials he was using and how the process worked. Darrel and his team also had to replace a wye pipe under the garage floor. I appreciated the information, the friendliness, and the professionalism in the work that they completed.

I was recommended to 24 HR Emergency Plumber Cincinnati Inc by some neighbors in my community. When I had an emergency, I called in for a toilet repair and they were able to diagnose the issue, give me an estimate, and fix the toilet in one day. WOW, THAT WAS REALLY HELPFUL.

Dylan and his team along with the manager Tyler were absolutely amazing! They showed up on time, and always had their customer as their first priority. The knowledge and experience they have is insurmountable. Once our issue was diagnosed these guys were quick to repair, install and overcome many complicated obstacles. The answering and service coordinators were always eager to help, pleasant to speak with and had quick follow up. I will not use anyone else ever again, and will recommend them to everyone I meet! Thank you so much for your extra ordinary customer service and excellent skill sets!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end. I would deff recommend using them there prices are fair. From the moment I called till the moment my business was done with them was handle great. Thank you dalton again!

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
