George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

My previous plumber retired and I was faced with finding someone profession and honest (not always an easy task) when I had issues with my sump pump. The first person I called replaced the battery but when that didn't cure the problem, I called again and he didn't call or show for the 2nd appointment. I fortunately called this company and Cory came out promptly and fixed the issue which ended up being minor. Polite, honest and a fair charge, I can't ask for more! We had a Christmas plumbing emergency late at night with a blocked drain causing water to back-up into our basement. I was unable to get through to anyone else. I then found Thomas and Galbraith. After making the initial call, I got a pretty quick response from Kevin. Kevin was professional and friendly. He got the job done quickly. The cost was very affordable, especially for a late night emergency on Christmas.

Great prompt service

Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
