Hot water heat broke in my rental property and water was leaking on to the floor. I spoke with Jared and within 24 hours, the unit was removed and a new one installed. Very professional! Great company to work with and reasonable pricing.

When I called for an appointment I got one immediately and didn’t have to wait several days for the technician to come -The technician was Ryan he was on time, called ahead to tell me he was on his way and once he arrived he was very professional - as it turned out it was a problem I could resolve myself and not as bad as I thought it was to begin with and I wasn’t even charged! Ryan was awesome and explained what was wrong in terms that I could understand - I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again!

Quick and easy service. Provided a tracking map/est time of arrival. The repair parts were available on their truck and service took less than an hour. Darryl was friendly and helpful with information about the repair service, and supplies any manufactured materials from new parts. Thank you!

Ellis was very thorough and fixed our clogged drain caused by food particles from our kitchen sink. The price was excellent. Ellis and his apprentice were very professional. I'll be calling Tarvin Plumbing again.

Over the past several weeks Haplin plumbing has been to one of my houses three times to unclog a toilet on the third floor of my home. The first time, the technician flushed the toilet and stated everything was fine, and then charged me the trip. Several days later the clog presents itself again and we call for a technician to fix the issue. The receptionist told the technician the clog was on the second floor and the technician unclogged this drain and charged us. The receptionist stated that since the clog was resolved and this was a new issue, we will be charged again. Several days later the clog happens again and the technician comes back out and was surprised the clog was on the third floor instead the the second floor. The drain was finally unclogged and I was charged again. I paid Haplin Plumbing nearly $700 to unclog a drain.

Ryan provided outstanding service as he repaired a shower and installed 3 toilets. He cleaned everything up, and was even able to finish the job for less than the original estimate. Installed a new twin bowl laundry sink replacing an old heavy concrete sink. The old sink was cumbersome and pretty hard to excavate. Initially, a smaller single bowl sink was installed due to the unavailability of a twin bowl sink. A new supply line to the sink and a new faucet with both, hot and cold water lines were also installed. The sink works well and the service through Collier's Plumbing was very affordable.

DeShawn came out and cleared my main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me. Explained the services offered including the warranty service of 3 years with one free clearing should it occur again. Also, scheduled a camera man to evaluate any damages underground from tree roots. I'm very satisfied with his professionalism and recommend him for work.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

We needed a water line run to a new refrigerator in the employee break room. I was told this was the only option unless I wanted the line to freeze. I was extremely apprehensive at this idea and was charged $688 for a service that looks halfway finished and awful in an office. I was told to just get something from the hardware store to make it look better, but for almost $700, should I be doing this? At this point I regret using this company.

I would give them a -10 if I could- DO NOT USE- TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL - They were actually recommended to me.
I'll be speaking with David Becker on this. They were contracted to camera a line and provide a flash drive. After the first tech Ryan refused to answer any calls, they sent a second tech Scott - seemed really nice and helpful - camer'ed the line.. They were paid by Credit card for good faith- chased them for over a week for the video ( after Tracie hung up on my supervisor, no returned phone calls, text messages and emails for 2 weeks)...we finally got the video ( with It was let then 30 seconds long and a video of the tech ( he took it off his cell phone!! ).. They refuse to refund the money or respond to any correspondences... I'll be contacting the BBB and reversing / disputing the charges.

We were experiencing a clogged drain and contacted Roto Rooter. They were very responsive by sending someone the same day. Our technician Jerry was great, he was able to unclog the drain and also fix another issue that came up. Jerry was great in addressing the initial problem and fixing the additional issue in a timely manner. Thanks Jerry.

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
