I have been here a few times. And I have found it the most helpful and best place I've been to in this area. They explain to me what I need not what I'm trying to tell them what I want. Would recommend to anybody who needed help and plumbing parts

George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Plumbers were friendly and professional. Job was done right! The cost was reasonable. This was the second time I have used Tom Plumber and will use them in the future. Two thumbs up for Sam and Austin.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

They replaced all of our plumbing after a 12 year plastic pipe burst in our basement. It was a significant job that included extensive dry wall work that took several weeks. They were professional and courteous. We have used them twice since then, one was an urgent call that they responded within a few hours. Again professional and courteous.

customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

Had them replace shut off valves, water softner, etc. They did a good job. Cleaned up afterwards. Pleasant technicians. Tarvin was wonderful! We were selling our house and had a sewer pipe burst. My wife and I don't handle stress well and they were very prompt, courteous and the price was pretty good as well. We contracted Ken Neyer Plumbing, Inc. to install a new water supply and drainage system for a room we renovated into a laundry room. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They also provided some suggestions that helped us stay within our budget. Jason and Dre worked very hard in unfavorable weather conditions to get the job done. I will be calling them again for the next project.

Geoff was extremely professional in taking care of a gas leak issue . Not only did he get Duke Energy over to get my gas turned on but he got my lack of hot water issue solved.
