Hot water heat broke in my rental property and water was leaking on to the floor. I spoke with Jared and within 24 hours, the unit was removed and a new one installed. Very professional! Great company to work with and reasonable pricing.

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. Water heater was leaking and service tech was out during the day. Determined that a new water heater was needed. All costs, questions, and concerns were addressed. The water heater was not in stock, they were having it delivered first thing in the morning with installation that day.

I left an email Sunday, and Monday morning got a call from Andy. Our hot water heater was in need of repair. Andy was there in 30 minutes and found the problem, fixed it and found an additional issue to fix. I have used Holtmeier for over 40 years and always felt that the work was excellent and the people talented, honest and friendly.

We had a major pipe burst in our bathroom which flooded our bathroom. G&R Plumbing came out at the time they said, and fixed it in 30 mins. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
