To my surprise, I called Apollo Home in need of a plumber and within 1 hour, they had Elliott at my door. Elliott Hanes was very professional and knowledgeable in replacing my leaking kitchen strainer which had to be cut out. He patiently listened and then answered my novice questions about what was needed and why. Elliott wore booties to protect my flooring from the snowy slush outside and left his workplace pristine after ensuring there were no leaks after installation of the new strainer. I will definitely keep Apollo Home in my Contacts for future home repair issues.

I left an email Sunday, and Monday morning got a call from Andy. Our hot water heater was in need of repair. Andy was there in 30 minutes and found the problem, fixed it and found an additional issue to fix. I have used Holtmeier for over 40 years and always felt that the work was excellent and the people talented, honest and friendly.

While my husband and I were on vacation in Mexico, I got a call telling me our basement drain flooded. We were scrambling to find someone to come out asap and Brian was able to make it out in less than an hour. He worked on the drain for probably 4 hours and came back the next morning to finish up. It was super helpful how quickly he was able to come out so that the water didn’t stand stagnant for another 3 days. He was also a great communicator, keeping us updated whenever he had news. Very professional and didn’t leave any sort of mess. We are very grateful for how quickly he was able to come out and get it resolved.

My laundry room sink drain broke and my washer drained into so I wasn’t able to use my washer. Jake came out, fixed the drain on the sink and also recommended putting a new drain in only for my washer. He was here only about an hour to do both. Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
