Best Plumbing Leak Repair in Cincinnati OH

Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

Other work is always done in a methodical manner and he rarely needs to leave to get parts or take breaks. In remodeling an old Victorian Joe has been indispensable. He’s become like extended family thanks to his friendly outgoing personality!

George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
