customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

Joe came to my home to give us an estimate on a new HVAC system. He was extremely professional, smart, and accommodating. A truly superior experience. When Nick and Matt showed up to do the install, they were equally excellent. They did a great job cleaning up the area when they were done, and everything is installed in a neat and organized fashion. I can see why Schneller & Knochelmann has so many 5-star reviews. They deserve them.

Blake did an awesome job helping with our main line clog. Explained what the problem was, what he would be doing, and got it done super fast. Also shared simple tips for preventing problems in the future with a good attitude.

Brandon and Chris and I’m not sure of the other young man’s name were absolutely awesome getting my drain unclogged!!!!!! I was anticipating having to wait until next week for service and haul a bunch of clothes to the laundromat but they were able to get my system back up and running before the afternoon even hit and free up my day so thank you so much best plumbing and staff for your punctuality professionalism and skills!!!!!

This is the second time I’ve used this company, and they were great both times. Notably, the folks who answer the phone and call about arrival times, etc., are exceptional. Have some old plumbing, so I’ll be seeing them again, and even though the plumbing issue is a bummer, these guys make it a lot less stressful!!!

The saga continued due to the different professionals involved and timing each team. Halpin team continually worked with me, were able to work around timelines. Every appointment Christian clarified the plan for that visit, called with any changes and informed me when he was done. He and Kyle along with the whole office team were always professional, kind, willing to educate me.
Never wad my ignorance used against me, meaning they never tried to oversell me or do unnecessary work.
I will use them again- hopefully won't need anything soon.
I have been sharing their name with friends and co-workers so they have it should a need arise.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

We needed a water line run to a new refrigerator in the employee break room. I was told this was the only option unless I wanted the line to freeze. I was extremely apprehensive at this idea and was charged $688 for a service that looks halfway finished and awful in an office. I was told to just get something from the hardware store to make it look better, but for almost $700, should I be doing this? At this point I regret using this company.

We had a major pipe burst in our bathroom which flooded our bathroom. G&R Plumbing came out at the time they said, and fixed it in 30 mins. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
