Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

Our AC went out and Rico Hill was able to come the day of, not even an hour after calling and was able to diagnose what he could that day and came back the next day and got us up and running ASAP! We are thoroughly impressed with the turnaround time and specifically Rico’s customer service, knowledge, and great attitude! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Tried calling multiple other companies that claimed to be 24-hrs after we found water in our basement. 1-Tom-plumber was the only one that truly had emergency services thay same night. They were at our house and had the problem fixed within a couple hours. They were extremely helpful and professional.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

First, Traci was so nice, helpful, professional and funny. Second Chis called to tell me he was close. Also, I Had explicit instructions about the covering of his feet, Chis was sooo cool about it and I truly appreciated that. I was recommended to 24 HR Emergency Plumber Cincinnati Inc by some neighbors in my community. When I had an emergency, I called in for a toilet repair and they were able to diagnose the issue, give me an estimate, and fix the toilet in one day. WOW, THAT WAS REALLY HELPFUL.

We needed a water line run to a new refrigerator in the employee break room. I was told this was the only option unless I wanted the line to freeze. I was extremely apprehensive at this idea and was charged $688 for a service that looks halfway finished and awful in an office. I was told to just get something from the hardware store to make it look better, but for almost $700, should I be doing this? At this point I regret using this company.

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
