customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

Sadie was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciated that she asked if I had any questions and the appointment time that would suit me best. I have never had a bad experience with a Schneller-Knochelmann employee. Great company!!!

Joe came to our house because we had back up in the laundry room. He was informative, professional and went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this company and will keep them in mind for future issues. We have already told ALL our neighbors of the phenomenal service from Joe!

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

First, Traci was so nice, helpful, professional and funny. Second Chis called to tell me he was close. Also, I Had explicit instructions about the covering of his feet, Chis was sooo cool about it and I truly appreciated that. We had to have our water main line replaced entirely, and choseSchneller Knochelmann Plumbing to do it. Scott and Dan came out, dug up and did the full replacement in no time at all, only a few hours without Water. It was excellent service, they were both very friendly and on time. Best part is that they were very affordable and were able to explain the whole process as they went. Overall excellent experience withSchneller Knochelmann Plumbing and I will definitely be using them in the future.

After the recent heavy rains, we noticed the sump pump intake system on the outside of the home appeared to be back-flushing into our yard. We reached out to Apollo right away. Isaiah Andrews inspected our pump, reviewed options, detailed the work performed that day and additional actions to follow at my later appointment, cost for all services, and immediately set to work. Before leaving, I appreciated him asking if there was anything else to review or inspect and he took additional time to resolve a clogged drain and re-balanced a toilet setting. Subcontracted to do a sewer line clean out. Did a phenomenal job and did it fast. The gentleman that performed the work were enjoyable to talk with and knowledgeable

Unbelievable service

A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!

We needed a water line run to a new refrigerator in the employee break room. I was told this was the only option unless I wanted the line to freeze. I was extremely apprehensive at this idea and was charged $688 for a service that looks halfway finished and awful in an office. I was told to just get something from the hardware store to make it look better, but for almost $700, should I be doing this? At this point I regret using this company.

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
