Best Plumbing Leak Repairs in Cincinnati OH

Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

They tried to tell us we needed a blower on 3 different maintenance (cleaning) calls. We got a second opinion and our blower is fine. I am thinking they get commission!

Came home on a Sunday afternoon to find a leak/water running through a light fixture in the kitchen - coming from one of the bathrooms upstairs. After some minor troubleshooting, we were unable to locate the leak and called 1-Tom-Plumbing. They had someone at my house in less than 30 minutes. Ben was incredibly kind and professional, located the leak quickly, offered a couple of solutions and always made sure I was aware of the potential costs for the work he was or would be doing. He was able to sautér a new piece of copper pipe to replace the leaky pipe so we didn’t have to replace the entire shower valve. He was in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend this Company, especially Ben!

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Unbelievable service

We had a major pipe burst in our bathroom which flooded our bathroom. G&R Plumbing came out at the time they said, and fixed it in 30 mins. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
