Best New Heat Pump in Cincinnati OH

Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

Great experience.

They not only met the deadline but also exceeded my expectations in their performance. They crafted exactly what I wanted.

Update: I was called the morning after posting this review, and T&G corrected the issue. These reviews make a difference! I'm bumping up the rating by one star for them correcting the problem. I would rate better if not for the length of time it took to rectify, and that this public forum seemed to be what was necessary for to take for them to take action.Thomas and Galbraith installed a new coil and condenser unit for my HVAC system a couple of years ago. The condenser was installed noticeably leaning to one side. Other than that, I thought they did a reasonably good job on the rest of the work. The building inspector has contacted them several times to try correct the issue (get the condenser level) so he can close the permit. As of this writing a couple years later, they are still not in compliance. Are they waiting for litigation perhaps?

My husband and I really appreciate Rex for his expertise and professionalism. He has done numerous jobs for us over the years and we always know he will take care of us!

Cole was great. Very professional. Service was top notch. We unfortunately with the weather had a vehicle that had died unbeknownst to us and we couldn't get it moved in the snow. It was blocking the entrance to the basement where the new furnace equipment needed to go. He got around it anyways. He was on time and it was the day after Christmas. Overall A+!!!

Victoria gave it to me straight. She told me what was wrong with my HVAC system, showing me the evidence on the equipment itself or with photos of the hard to reach places. She arrived when she said she would. Additionally, she was so fun and personable! 10 out of 10 dentists agree: they want their HVAC maintained by Victoria! :)

Ryan provided outstanding service as he repaired a shower and installed 3 toilets. He cleaned everything up, and was even able to finish the job for less than the original estimate. We appreciated his transparency and work ethic. We told my 80+ year-old mother that this was a plumber she could trust. She called the next week and agreed that this is a company you can rely on. Unbelievable service

Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end. I would deff recommend using them there prices are fair. From the moment I called till the moment my business was done with them was handle great. Thank you dalton again!

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
