Only doing 3 since I was just looking for a plumber and looking for information.

Called after another service fell through and was so happy with the service I received. Had someone here in under an hour and in another hour the plumbing issue was completely fixed. So relieved and thankful! Brandon was so courteous and did an amazing job explaining everything.

I called Thomas & Galbraith on a Saturday to repair a leaky toilet. Larson came that Monday and completed the fix very efficiently. He noticed that the inside water pressure was too high and came back the following week to replace our pressure reduction valve. Excellent work!Larson was very conscientious and courteous. As a plus, he was happy to put up with the attention of our three dogs, which made his visits much easier for us.Thomas & Galbraith installed a new HVAC system for us last summer. It's been wonderful! I highly recommend them!

Our bathtub drain pipe, which was embedded in concrete above our dining room, burst. We were told that we would need to jackhammer our bathroom floor out to get to it. Then Eric arrived, and knew how to get to the pipe from below. It took him two days, when we feared it may take several weeks. He was great and did the job in the time and at the same cost as he initially quoted. We went from having a very bad accident to a very positive experience. Thanks, Eric!

Rude, don’t use this company.

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
