Best Need Plumbing Repairs in Cincinnati OH

Had a serious drain problem on a Friday afternoon which left us without use of sinks,showers or toilets (why does it always happen going into a weekend?). neighbor suggested 1 Tom Plumber. They had a service man out within two hours. The plumber , Cullen , did a great job and charged us a fair price. they are our plumbers from now on.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

The customer service team and Daryl was excellent! They did an amazing job repairing my utility sink. He was knowledgeable and even took the time to address my concerns outside of the scope of my requested service. I now know who to call when I need any plumbing services in Cincinnati, OHIO. I called on Tuesday afternoon to schedule dryer vent cleaning. When I mentioned m dryer wouldn't run, Dayna called a technician to see if he would work late to clean my vent that day. Dave agreed, became out and after inspecting my vent which is a 25 foot run he explained what was wrong and how he was going to clean myvent. His service was exceptional and I my dryer was working within an hour . Dave left everything clean and spotless.

Jackson was all about providing his expertise in setting up and removing the old pump. He was pleasant, personable and professional!

I asked for an itemized bill so I can claim on insurance. 2 1/2 weeks and 3 phone calls later I still do not have one. Without the itemized bill I cannot do insurance claim. But they got their money so they could care less.

Josh was a big help on fixing the water faucet outside that I believed just needed new seals or be replaced. I was not able to get the faucet loose but josh was a big help with that and i already had the seals,so together we got the job done and he didn't have to tear up the wall in order to replace the faucet. Josh was awesome and I will use Help again if needed. Thanks to Josh and Help.👍

Unbelievable service

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
