Best Leak Detection in Cincinnati OH

I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

Joe came out and fixed an outdoor water leak for a wonderful price, however about 2 1/2 months later the leak sprung again. We called Joe, and he advised if the problem was his fault he would fix it free of charge. We let him know we would call him back, in which we did and we have received no response at all.

I was very pleased with your company, from the person who took my call(s) to Shawn who made the repairs. He is very professional, honest, and pleasant. He arrived in a timely manner, and when I had to have him return the next day, he was on time. The return trip was because of a faulty brand new product which I had provided. Jeff and Clayton were able to arrive early for the appointment and made sure the drain was clear and working properly before leaving. They went out of their way to ensure the cleanout access was sealed adequately despite a older and corroded pipe so we wouldn’t have further issues. They also gave a quote with no pressure if we decided to replace that section in the near future. They also made sure I understood the warranty behind the service if we should need it.

Was there when I needed them there tech's were very respectful and curtious got the needed work done fast and talked to me about what they were going to what they had done helped me understand what my part was in this and yes it's your plumbing you need to no what to do to keep it working correctly you will not have to see these guys alot if you do your part
