The team was nicely dressed, equipment in good shape. The service appeared to be performed ok, but there is no photo evidence that was promised so I have no basis for a before/after comparison. The pressure was not fully maintained since the duct covers were not replaced as the job progressed. Also, the behavior was not what I would consider professional.

Many thanks to Harry for his efforts to replace a broken kitchen faucet. His knowledge and kind attitude made a really positive change to a couple of rough days.

I have limited mobility and he took the time to make sure my garage door was secured before he left. He went above and beyond to get the drain open and working again. I recently had a very frustrating experience with A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service, and I am compelled to share my disappointment with their lack of communication. I wanted to hire them for a plumbing issue that needed immediate attention, but their failure to call me back left me in a state of frustration and inconvenience.

First and foremost, when I initially reached out to A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service, they were prompt in answering my call and seemed attentive to my problem. We discussed the urgency of the issue, and they assured me that they would get back to me shortly to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from them.

I patiently waited for their call, assuming they were busy attending to other customers or encountering unforeseen circumstances. However, as the hours turned into days, I began to grow increasingly agitated. I made multiple attempts to reach out to them, leaving voicemails and sending emails, but to no avail. It was incredibly frustrating to be left hanging without any explanation or acknowledgment of my inquiries.
