Andrew M. came and gave me some suggestions about options to address allergens. He also checked my vents to see if cleaning would help first. Changing my filter wasn’t on the schedule and my filter wasn’t on his truck, but he went and got another one as mine was due to be changed soon anyway. He was friendly and provided information to help you understand all the options without pressuring for a decision.

As the homeowner of a house that is well over 100 years old, the charm of it is matched by the not so fun surprise repairs that pop up from time to time. Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting. Installed, hot water again, and he cleaned up his mess. Sad/ happy. Highly recommend. Melanie and Patty are great, as well. They keep it going. Thank you.
