Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

On time, very friendly and professional. Explained the problem quickly. Showed me an issue with original installation or due to a later event that could impair performance. We had a technician come before this service came and the prior technician described an issue that this technician did not experience. The S-K technician explained why that might have happened.Great experience with an honest repair person who knew what he was doing!

What a great experience . . . honest, trustworthy, and fair pricing. Called for an appointment to have Halpin repair an old shower diverter. An hour later, AJ was at my house and thoroughly explained the best approach for the repair and why. He was very straightforward and got to the business at hand and had things wrapped up in no time. I happily paid him for solving THE problem and for not trying to direct me to other unnecessary add-on services. So nice to have a trusted plumber for my sixty year old house.

We have never been more impressed with a crew from a company. Jake, Coty, Brady, Logan and Zane were all at our house to move and replace our water heater, replace our furnace and move and replace our AC. Not only were the professional but they were incredibly kind and patient with their two new best friends! We will be recommending Jolly to everyone know! These two are the only ones hoping for something to break so their “friends” will come back!

Ryan provided outstanding service as he repaired a shower and installed 3 toilets. He cleaned everything up, and was even able to finish the job for less than the original estimate. I decided on Five Star Cincinnati Plumbing as my go-to plumbing company after meeting with a few plumbers and doing extensive research. They were always upfront about pricing, so I knew that they weren't trying to take advantage of me or my situation. We replaced our water softener, and now my family is much happier! Not only did we save money in the long run by switching to them, but their customer service was exemplary..

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
