we had stopped up toilet and tub.....the toilet was backing up in the tub! They explained how they were going to approach the problem, explained the levels of price. They fixed the problem of the stopped up toilet and tub. They were informative and responsive to our military family. I WILL USE AGAIN even for their other services.

Apollo was able to get someone out to help with some leaking washing machine valves within 48 hours! Cole was very knowledgable and friendly, he provided me with quotes for multiple issues I was having in my home and even offered a discount if I got everything done in one trip. He was able to replace the valves and old pipes and the quality of his work was excellent.

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
