Even though the lady I spoke to for scheduling an AC tune up marked us down for a Furnace tune up by accident, our technician was so flexible and was able to do our AC at our scheduled time instead of the furnace that he originally expected to be working on. He was so helpful and explained everything he did and even encountered a problem that he went ahead and fixed on the spot. It was fast service, and very informative! Our Rotorooter tech, Harry, showed up within about 45 minutes of our service request. He was very professional and very friendly. He explained the problem and the work he was going to perform. Harry fixed our plumbing issue in about an hour and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. He then recommended a Rotorooter product that we could purchase to prevent future drain issues (which we did purchase). Great job!

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
