Chad was an amazing resource to us as we navigated a really scary/costly issue with our sewer system. He found the cause of the problem, unlike workers from the other two companies that we got opinions from prior, and made sure that we got a great price for the work done. They also guaranteed the work that they did with a 10 yr warranty, which isn’t super common with this type of work. Chad was so friendly and always answered the phone when we needed him. Definitely will always use this company for all plumbing needs and will recommend to family and friends.

Quoted us over $4000 dollars to install overhead lighting in a few rooms (not including the actual fixtures/lights/cleaning up the drywall afterwards.). They tried to charge us to get the quote and then stuck a sign in our lawn saying our house was “serviced by Apollo” after they gave us an estimate.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
