Best Commercial Drain Cleaning in Cincinnati OH

Niesen plumbing did a great job with taking out and reinstalling our water heater. We would use them again.

I called last week trying to get a quote on doing the rough plumbing for a bathroom I am installing at my house. The reception was friendly and said that there weren’t any plumbers available and she took my information down and said they would call me back when a plumber was available. It has been over a week and I still haven’t got a call back. I gave them two stars because at least the receptionist was friendly.

A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote. Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

The staff's honesty in conveying pricing information and their thorough explanations were truly impressive. The job was successfully completed to my satisfaction.

Chris did a great job of reconfiguring the plumbing drain under our kitchen sink that had not been installed correctly by the kitchen remodelers a couple of years ago. It required creative design to make it work. Chris did a really terrific job.

Ask to get an estimate on sewer smell. Two guys walked around my yard, smoked cigarettes and scratched their heads. I had to suggest they smoke bomb my vents which they did but they had no idea why no smoke came out my vents. Asked them to check if vents were clogged. They would not go on the roof.

Tried to charge me $450 but could not itemize. I gave them half. Not sure if they are inept or this was a scam.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
