Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

Had them replace shut off valves, water softner, etc. They did a good job. Cleaned up afterwards. Pleasant technicians. We had a leaking shower head. I called at 8 on Wednesday morning.The customer service individual said they could schedule a firm appointment for Monday morning, but would have someone call me if they became available.
I received a call at 10:30 the same morning and Ellis arrived at 11. The problem was taken care of in short order. Will use in the future.

Mark G. came out 20 minutes after we called. He identified the problem, bought the parts we needed and got us up and running. He was kind, knowledgeable, answered all our questions and fixed numerous problems. He saved us from having to take down cabinetry and cut into our kitchen walls. Thank you Mark! Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
