My parents used Gil Ruehl Plumbing's services when we were just kids, and now here I am a new home owner using them myself! Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

We had a leaking shower head. I called at 8 on Wednesday morning.The customer service individual said they could schedule a firm appointment for Monday morning, but would have someone call me if they became available.
I received a call at 10:30 the same morning and Ellis arrived at 11. The problem was taken care of in short order. Will use in the future.

Rusty and Dre were here today and did a great job trouble-shooting and releasing the clog in the drain from my lower-level toilet. More work needs to be done, and I want them to come back and do it!!!!
They left the bathroom as clean as when they got here. I can't say enough about their professionalism, competence, and customer care.

Above and beyond! Christian and the gentlemen that helped him were awesome! Very helpful! They responded to us very quickly. I can’t say enough of how impressed we were by them. They replaced 2 water heaters, filters etc. when I went down to look I do believe they left it cleaner than how they found it! They worked very quick but didn’t sacrifice quality! I will be keeping them on speed dial for our next plumbing project!
