Our water heater broke in the night. They had a team here an hour after I called and a new water heater installed before 3 pm!

Their commitment to the schedule and their exceptional performance were spot-on. They achieved exactly what I wanted.

Air was freezing up. Guy came out was told the system was a 1992 he cleared the drain by shooting air through it and cleaned the outside coils with hose from the outside of unit. Was told the system had a leak and needed a new system or he could put Freon in it at a cost of 1000 dollars but it would still freeze up and still needed a new system. So friend new an air guy who came out same day. He cleaned the coils on the outside of unit which he got a lot more stuff out plus he pulled the coil out of the unit on the inside and cleaned that then tested unit put in a little Freon. No leak the 1992 unit he showed me was actually a 2008 unit and he thinks we should get a few more years out of it. It’s working great so we will not be using this company again or recommending them to anyone. Honestly they should refund or money to pay almost 500 for them to blow air through a drain and not clean coil outside correctly is insane. I’m not sure if the guy didnt know what he was doing or he was just trying to have us get a new system from the get go.

I hired Ryan and Jeff Tharp whom are father and son of R&T Plumbing. They repaired my leak that was underneath my sink at a very affordable price. I am so pleased with their work and will be referring them from here on out. They are very honest hard working men.

customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

I decided on Five Star Cincinnati Plumbing as my go-to plumbing company after meeting with a few plumbers and doing extensive research. They were always upfront about pricing, so I knew that they weren't trying to take advantage of me or my situation. We replaced our water softener, and now my family is much happier! Not only did we save money in the long run by switching to them, but their customer service was exemplary..

We had a major pipe burst in our bathroom which flooded our bathroom. G&R Plumbing came out at the time they said, and fixed it in 30 mins. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

The add in the phone book that the company told us to look at says no service call fees. They charged $199 for 15 minutes to replace a capacitor. Plus $65 for the part. I did some digging the part costs $27. OK they are a business I will go with it. My air conditioner was working. They leave, it goes out 4 hours later. I called backed and asked if it will another $199 for service call? Their response...well it sounds like your problem is not related to our previous work...so yes. This probably sounds like an incoherent mess, short story I will never call this company again!
