After issues with our old water heater we decided to upgrade to a tankless unit. Couldn’t be more pleased! The process was easy, they were on time, explained what needed done to convert to the new system, and took care of it quickly. They were very professional and kept the area clean!

The repair was quoted and done in an hour plus he did some extra checks and notified me of a potential other problem. Prices are comparable to other professional / residential plumbers. Tony Hoekstra did an amazing job cleaning and fixing our over-worked AC system. He was hard-working and honest - even showed us how clogged our outside unit was. As the homeowner of a house that is well over 100 years old, the charm of it is matched by the not so fun surprise repairs that pop up from time to time. I ordered my water heater install through Lowe's and got set-up with Five Star. Marissa was so helpful on the phone and worked to make sure I got my same day install. Miles and his partner were awesome and even unclogged a basement drain for me. They did great work.

Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting. Installed, hot water again, and he cleaned up his mess. Sad/ happy. Highly recommend. Melanie and Patty are great, as well. They keep it going. Thank you.

This is the third plumber that we called. The first plumber had a message on saying they were not accepting new customers. The second plumber only worked on new buildings. Perry Kelly Plumbing answered and listened to our problem and set up an appointment. They called before they came out. The plumber installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed a leak in one bathroom and replaced the faucet in the other bathroom. Very efficient, very friendly, and very professional.
