Our air has been out since last week and we've been battling the home warranty company to look at since then. I called Thomas and Galbraith in the afternoon after the assigned contractor cancelled last minute. We had a technician out to the house by three thirty. He called half an hour before he was set to arrive, thoroughly examined everything and laid out all of the options very honestly without being pushy towards expensive repairs or using their company which I appreciate. He was also up front about the time frame to expect if we wanted to repair as parts have been delayed a lot recently. We haven't decided what we want to do yet, but if we end up replacing the whole unit, it will be through them.

Ryan & Carl were amazing! They were able to remove a broken water heater through a very, very small space & install a new one on a SUNDAY. They were polite, kind, & very professional Plus everything was completely cleaned up! I highly recommend them!

Jason let us know when he was on the way. He arrived at the time specified. Jason looked at what we needed to be repaired. We were given the estimate on the fix or replacement, with no pressure in what choice we'd make. Are choice was a fix. Jason made a quick call to the office to schedule the job, and to our luck he was able to get right to work. A few short hours the job was finished and everything was as good as new. This isn't the first time that Jason has done a project for us. I'd highly recommend Jason if you have a job requiring handyman service and also Apollo home.

I couldn't be more impressed. I have used Jolly in the past for some small plumbing issues on the exterior of the house. I came home from work to find my water heater leaking everywhere and making a hissing sound. Techs came out after hours to figure out exactly what the problem was , and were very professional and curtious. They offered to stay late and fix it but my toddler was acting up so I had to send them in their way and deal with ice cold showers in the morning. That was so refreshing that I immediately text Lance who left his number for me the prior evening and he and his tech showed up within an hour. I opted for the tankless water heater and his craftsmanship/workmanship was exceptional. Tied up all the old lines, nice bends in the pipes that looks like a professional did it, had to move the unit over to another wall and run a new gas line. It all exceeded my expectations and I'm rather OCD when it comes to keeping a clean work space and doing a great job. Prices are fair, little on the high end but if home ownership, or life in general, has taught me anything it's you get what you pay for. Taking that into account, I'm more than sold on Jolly being my first call when things go wrong. Thank you and the wife approves!

I ordered my water heater install through Lowe's and got set-up with Five Star. Marissa was so helpful on the phone and worked to make sure I got my same day install. Miles and his partner were awesome and even unclogged a basement drain for me. They did great work.

Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house.
