I had a toilet leaking from the base with each flush. I had previously tried to reseat the toilet but the problem came back. Victor Cruz from rescue plumbing was able to fix it quickly and effectively. He leveled parts of the floor, replaced bolts and wax rings, and the leak has not returned for several days now. I would recommend Victor Cruz or rescue plumbing in general.

This was my first time using the service. Although I did not have an emergency, my kitchen sink was not draining well due to a problem with the garbage disposal. They were able to send someone within a couple days.
And, they probably would have been quicker if I had labeled it as urgent.

Pete and Noah showed up on time. They were friendly, polite, and informative. They installed a new garbage disposal which has been working perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work. They completely cleaned up after themselves as well

SHOP AROUND. Service was fast and my shower is fixed. But Roto-Rooter is EXPENSIVE. 850 for a shower cartridge replacement. Parts alone run about 40-50 bucks. Instant buyers remorse. SHOP AROUND PEOPLE.

I had water leaking under my sink when I called Jan on December 12th. Jan troubleshooted the issue over the phone and diagnosed the issue as my garbage disposal had worn out and was leaking water. Jan was able to come out the next day and install a new Insinkerator Badger 5 Garbage Disposal. This solved the issue and I am very happy with his work. I would defiantly recommend Vanguard Plumbing and Sewer and I plan to use them for my future plumbing needs. Albert C.

There's a lack of professionalism and etiquette with this company. They are not communicating with each other effectively within the organization so I spent a lot of time repeating myself. Also the technician that called me to confirm was rude. I decided to go with another company.

I would avoid going with these guys. They have a tendency to come in at a price way above the competition. I could understand if they were offering a premium service, but they don't. They don't even reference previous work they've done at your property when you explicitly ask them to.The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they admitted their pricing error and offered a partial refund. But even with that, their price was WAY above average.

I have received professional and courteous service twice from this company. Both technicians dispatched to my unit to conduct repairs were knowledgeable and willing to help. Although there were some initial communication impediments, the company worked through them to resolve my issue (gas leaks). I would recommend this group of professionals to my friends/family. I would use them again for future needs.

I needed my bathtub unclogged and my daughter found Father & Son plumbing on Google. I will definitely be using Father & Son from now on. When my daughter called that day, the plumber came out in about 2 hrs, was on time and fixed the problem. I wish I could remember his name but my daughter said he was very professional, knowledgeable and got the job done. Plumber (Charles) came out to look at a water fountain at my business. He sent me an email a few days after with a quote and what needed to be done. I responded to his email three times and never received a response. I've called 4 times to schedule him or another plumber to come out to fix it and have been told each time someone will call me back to schedule a time. It's been a month now and still no one has reached out to get this fixed. No one can help me when I call their number and they continue to tell me to wait for them to reach out. Don't waste your time with this company.

Eric was very pleasant to speak with. He had availability within an hour of my call. His pricing is very reasonable. He sent me a video of what he was doing and made sure I seen everything working properly before he left. I am definitely using his services again and highly recommend him.
