Yurly, the technician Baethke sent, was wonderful to work with. He was professional and friendly and took the time to explain everything he did. I had received 2 notices from the Chicago utility that I had a leak so Yurly needed to do some detective work to find the source of the leak. He tested all the possible areas that could be causing the problem, including the 4 spigots on the outside of the house, the plumbing points in 4 bathrooms, the kitchen, and laundry area. Within 30 minutes, he identified the toilet that had a very slow, barely noticeable leak. Then he clearly explained possible solutions and completed the work I wanted.

Everything about the service call was easy and on-point. The phone call to the call center at 10 PM was picked up after two rings with no voice prompts, and the next morning the technician arrived 20 minutes into our 4 hour service window. Yuri (Tech #1195) was great to talk to and very informative. Not only did he diagnose our issue, but he talked about how it happened and how to prevent it in the future. We had a great Roto-Rooter experience.

Jan at Vanguard Plumbing came highly recommended by a former colleague. I moved into an apartment with showers that needed repair and one ultimately a full replacement. Jan was most likely not the most affordable but the work was great. I live in an older loft apartment and he had to redesign shower jets that are on the side of the wall from scratch as the parts were no longer manufactured. This took quite a bit of time but in the end it was taken care of and works great. I'm definitely keeping Jan and Vanguard in my contacts for the future. Highly recommend.

The city informed me that our water meter in our house was running continuously, which implies there's a leak, but my spouse and I couldn't find one one anywhere. I called Jesus at 9 am, and by 11 am he was at my house. He checked the meter, and then the first place we looked -- the basement toilet -- was the leaking culprit! Jesus turned off the water to the toilet, and the meter stopped spinning. I'm thankful for Jesus's quick and professional work, and he didn't charge us anything! Very friendly and knows what he's doing. 5 stars, highly recommend!

These guys are GREAT! I've used Rob's company on two occasions, and while my plumbing issues were pretty simple, they were identified quickly and corrected in under 30 minutes both times. I have used Goode plumbing at my previous residence and have always been satisfied. I moved to a house with a sump pump. It was making noise. Joey came out and educated me about sump pumps and helped me resolve problem. He also helped few months ago with a ejector pump installation. Very nice to work with, cares about helping, and knows his job.

Eddie came out in the evening for an emergency in my condo. He was highly professional but more importantly he fixed the issue! I was so stressed, water was everywhere in the bathroom. Eddie came and explained the problem and fixed the issue within an hour.
