I have water flooding my laundry room. We had to turn the AC off. I called and received an arrival window of 5:30 - 7:30pm. I call at 7:30 and they tell me they will not be coming tonight after all. What happened to being a 24 hour business? Apparently there is a major disparity between the customer service people who answer your call (mine was Cristina) and say yes, absolutely we can help you to the actual dispatcher (mine was Douglas) who says Yeah, about that, we cannot come tonight at all and I can I only place a request for someone to come between 8-10am tomorrow, There is no guarantee. How is this okay in today's world? Oh, and I was offered a 10% discount for tomorrow's visit but little good that will do me when my woodwork is soaking wet after sitting in a puddle all night.

After Steele rodding my inside and outside lines . My plumber suggested hydro jetting. J sewer has professional equipment that comes with tank and camera. This is an excelent plumber, i initially hired someone else who could not get the job done. I found Chicagoland Plumbing through recommendation within the industry. Edwin went above and beyond working for 6 hours to clear a clog in what turned out to be a bad connection at our second floor unit in a typical greystone. Its been working well ever sense and we will be following all maintenance recommendations. All and all, he was smart, found the issue, got it fixed, very clean, and did not charge any extra for the unexpected durration of the work needed. He is my forever chicago plumber.

Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.

Chas and Aiden came out almost immediately and diagnosed a leak. They were professional and easy to talk to. They even checked out the unit upstairs to find the actual source which will help the owner fix the problem quickly. Definitely would recommend and use again!
