My mother had a really bad plumbing issue the other day and Clay came to her rescue. He did a great job. He was efficient, clean, extremely knowledgeable, and pleasant. My mother and I will definitely be using him again.

Chris #3393 came out to replace our sump pump after experiencing water on the floor in our basement. He was very professional and took the time to explain the problem and worked to quickly find a resolution. This service was very efficient, education-focused, and transparent about costs. We had a pipe burst late on a Saturday night. Our plumber (Alex) was to our house within 45 minutes and was extremely helpful and gave us advice that actually saved us money. We will use Go Rooter for any plumbing needs we have going forward and you should too.

Service technician was knowledgeable and polite. My sink was unclogged. However your bank account will also be empty at the end of the service. Very over priced for a simple job. I only learned this after researching once the job was done. $499 for a simple unclogging. Didn't know that I could rent the same tool from home Depot's for a fraction of the price. Although the job was done, I would consider this unprofessional business practice. Again, the work was great but if you can do a bit of research you could save yourself some money. If you don't care about the cost, then this is the company for you.

Overcharging consumers for simple unclogging can be seen as a misrepresentation effort, equipment, quality of service or skill to perform the service.

Objectively speaking: $499 for this service is overcharging. This was not a complicated or unique situation.

I traveled from Georgia and needed the work completed during my 5 day stay. Several other plumbers I contracted were non responsive. Mr. Zuninga fit me into the schedule. His crew kept me informed and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. And the pricing was fair. I would definitely use them again.

Mike and Ryan excellent service for my sewer drain and rotting out

Can't say enough good things about the experience. Had an ejector pump that failed after hours. I called Loves Plumbing and Sewer and John Love (owner which was unbeknownst to me at the time) answered the phone, was patient with my questions, and highly knowledgeable in his responses. John came out early the next morning, fixed the problem and walked me through the work being performed. Thanks John for all the help and will be using you for all of our plumbing and sewer needs going forward.

After that they have been coming out every few years to camera it to make sure the roots have not grown back always bringing a rodder with in case it is needed.
