We called Roto-Rooter to address a kitchen drain that was backing up. It was late on Friday evening and we were told they could send a technician out that night. As the evening progressed, they called to let us know they were having difficulties getting someone out, as requested. They offered to make us a priority client for the first Saturday morning call. That wasn't a problem for us as the back up wasn't causing water to escape. We thought is was great that the service team provided timely updates on the status of a technician without a prompt from us. Great communication by the call center team!Early the next morning, Tim called and said he was on the way. He arrived timely and was very friendly. He explained the issue and offered an agreeable solution. Tim was able to resolve the issue in less than an hour. He gave us great tips to prevent this issue from happening in the future. He also offered a preventive enzymatic cleaner for the pipes at a very good price. He made sure we knew how to use it before he left. Tim made sure he left a clean work area and that all of our questions were answered.THANK YOU TIM for doing such a great job! Came out to replace a hose bib that had frozen and cracked due to incorrect installation by the builder, ended up doing some drilling on the masonry to angle the pipe correctly and prevent the next one from suffering the same fate.
