I really liked Eugene and his co-worker (didn't catch his name). They made me feel very comfortable with the work they were going to perform, and explained everything very thoroughly. They did a few different unrelated plumbing jobs at my house, and all appeared to be done very well. They also determined the source of a roof leak that I'd had for a few years which wasn't directly plumbing related, which was excellent...now I know how to approach getting the issue fixed. Very professional, fair prices, excellent and prompt service. I would rate these guys among the best service people I've had work on my home.

Needed a sewer backup prevention system installed. Upon recommendation from a neighbor, I called Rob West Plumbing. I was able to speak with Rob right away, and the next day he came to the house to talk about what system might work best for my needs. We settled on a system and a price, and the work started the next day. Upon completion, the project came in at the agreed on price.

His crew was polite, professional, and got the work complete on time. One thing I liked about dealing with this company was the fact that there was a constant line of communication with Rob, the owner of the business.

I will use this company for any future plumbing needs.

The dispatcher was kind and prompt with the appointment time. A plumber was sent who managed to to fix the issues within a short period of time. I was impressed with the quality of their work and I would definitely contact him again for any future plumbing issues.

Months ago we used Goode Plumbing to install a new sump pump and clear some drains so we knew who to call for several issues that had been mildly tolerable until they weren't: dripping shower faucet, new toilet install, repair of cracked sink pipe, and routing of said pipe.Called and Trevor came out next day to provide quotes. The following day Chip and Rodney came to complete the repairs. Everything was done in just a few hours and we wished we'd had them out sooner! Professional, personable, and efficient!

The only good thing with this company is Rita in customer service. She was able to get me earlier appt then what was scheduled and very friendly. For someone who doesn't know much abt water heaters and being a 1st time home homeowner the explanation on what needed to be done was terrible. I got a price amount that would included removal of old tank, installing new tank with parts and draining of water and cleanups...$1900. well the water was coming out my old tank something terrible so I ask if they can come and remove old tank. Sure I was told for a fee of $650 so I let them remove old tank. well u would think if I decided too go ahead and let them installed new tank that some kind of deduction from $1900 would be in place. NOPE. they still was asking $1900 just to install but no removal.i was was very disappointed. Not helping me to understand the process on what needed to be done plus the in and outs on the process on how the water tank works was also disappointing.

They came out promptly and did a thorough job I would recommend that you hire this company I am very satisfied with their work

Manny did a fantastic job fixing my gas leaks so I could turn the heat back on as quickly as possible! Strongly recommend!

Can't say enough good things about the experience. Had an ejector pump that failed after hours. I called Loves Plumbing and Sewer and John Love (owner which was unbeknownst to me at the time) answered the phone, was patient with my questions, and highly knowledgeable in his responses. John came out early the next morning, fixed the problem and walked me through the work being performed. Thanks John for all the help and will be using you for all of our plumbing and sewer needs going forward.

Our water heater leaked into our downstairs neighbor's ceiling Monday night. Tuesday morning, Matt came right over to install the new one. What seemed like an easy project was not! The floor drain was backed up and he rodded it. The water valve was broken, so he had to shut off the water and fix that. He problem solved everything, and got the old tank out and put in the new one. He was tidy, professional, and he was enjoyable to be around since the 1 hour job turned into a 4-5 hour job with all the problems. He offered his dry wall guy for the ceiling of the downstairs neighbors. He then called us that night to make sure we had hot water. We are so happy to have Matt as our plumber. Him and Tim were great!!

I cannot express how grateful I am that we found Dmitry/Lenny. They are quick to respond, professional, and thorough. We've had them out for our sump pump and a clogged toilet. They explain what is wrong and provide options. Highly recommend!!!!

We had a backed up drain and Bob was out to clean it out. What was supposed to be a routine job turned into a nightmare. He came in and a few minutes into it he stared there was a problem. His tool was stuck in the pipe, and we may have to open the wall. This being a newly remodeled unit this was not what we wanted to hear. He proceeded to try and retrieve it for a few hours, Jesse came out and we discussed options. One was to cut and leave the tool in the drain or we cut open the wall and pipe to retrieve it. They would then patch the pipe but we would be responsible for the repairs. I explained that this was not the best situation for me but what else can we do. Without a bathroom the unit could not be occupied. So we vacated and let them do their work.
We set up to open the wall and they cut the pipe out make their repair and it was to be done. Or so I thought. During the process they left the faucet open and all would’ve been fine but the repair they may leaked just as if it was a second faucet. It was a copper pipe and rather than sweat (weld) they installed this make shift sleeve and never tightened it. The unit was flooded and worse of leaked to several units below. We were able to dry out the unit and With the patching that had to be done it was like redoing a bathroom all over and they did not pay for any of it.
To make matters worse our neighbor got the grunt of of the water in her bathroom and it needed repairs. I spoke with Jesse and explained that things happen and we will make do with our unit but the neighbor needs to be covered by them. I expected to be able to preset the neighbors repair invoice and have no problem I felt it was reasonable and having paid for all other work out of pocket I felt this was the least Captain Rooter could do. Since presenting the invoice I have had nothing but radio silence. It’s unfortunate as I believe that all the cost should’ve been Captain Rooters but for the sake of putting this behind me I only asked they cover the neighbors damage.
I chose to share as this in hope that before they are considered for a project I relay how they performed for me. I believe it says a lot about a company by how they handle problems with their clients. I am not sure how to share pics or videos here but I’d love to share as I believe they paint a picture of the quality of work.
