They are as good as the reviews say. They showed up 15 minutes early and fully explained my problem and fixed it. Their fee was fair and and, even tho booked up because of the heat wave, Tech was unhurried and genuinely wanted to be sure my problem was totally fixed.

A lot of experience with the workers and you can tell its a small business vibe making more of an important focus. Utilized them to install a plumbing cutout for easy access to clearing my plumbing which required them to dig a 9ft hole in my front yard. I got two quotes to replace an old metal drum trap underneath the shower and Psp Plumbing was 55% lower than their competitor's price. Both companies said the job was 2-4 hours. Psp Plumbing was able to give a quote based on photos sent, gave a certificate of insurance, gave their company W-9, and offered flexible financing all before starting any work.

The replacement was completed the right way and within 2 hours. They arrived on time, professionally dressed, had all the correct parts, and removed all trash before they left. They also noticed and took the time to bring to my attention other plumbing violations and explained clearly the hazard associated.

The individual that handled our plumbing issue was very professional and with a bona fide skillset! Please do not use friends, relatives, etc. who are not bonded and PROFESSIONALS! Leave this work to PROFESSIONALS! To not do so possibly will cost you thousands, headaches and marriage drama! I am very pleased with W&W Plumbing and wish I had known of them earlier because my wife and I have been dealing with nothing by shysters! We will be rocking with W&W Plumbing from here on. I have used Bubba and Wayne;s service for a number of years they show up when they say thay are; they do there work, clean up and are reasonable with there pricing. I can't ask for any thing else I will use them for another 20 years with out questions.

Over the course of several visits due to a misbehaving tankless water heater (domestic water and radiant heat combo boiler) Sam was, impressively, always on time. Correctly diagnosed a faulty part, ordered and replaced same (fixing domestic hot water issue) and also diagnosed bad radiant heat circulation pump. But first Sam brought in a capable electrician to test connections and switches on pump’s circuit which led to discovery that power to the circuit had been disconnected at the main electrical service panel. Sam’s electrician fished new wires to a new dedicated circuit breaker and cleaned up a bad switch. Now, with power connection confirmed, Sam could conclusively determine the pump was out of order and replaced the pump swiftly. Problems solved: I have unlimited hot water and my basement floors are warm again. Sam knows plumbing and did an excellent job for me. I will not hesitate to call him in the future with any and all plumbing issues.

After a couple of weeks being strung along by another plumbing company, I gave Karla at Drain Works a call and they were able to get us on the schedule so quickly for some time sensitive work that I needed done. I wish I would have just called them from the very beginning. Eric and Manny were unbelievably nice and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done in our new home. We had a gas line capped, and also had shut off valves for our washer replaced. Eric explained all of our options, and we really appreciated his honest opinions on the work that we were inquiring about. Eric was also able to give us quotes for some other items that need to be taken care of, and we are looking forward to working with them again in the future. Great value, wonderful people, and super clear when it comes to scheduling which we appreciated so much!! Can't wait to use Drain Works again!

I hired REI plumbing both for my house and my work. They were great. They did great work at a fair price. At my work they installed a new hot water heater and at my home they fixed a slow drain on my shower. Turns out a previous plumber had left a rodding bit in the drainage pipe. The REI plumber was able to remove the bit and clear the blockage. I would highly recommend REI Plumbing.
