Best Water Leak in Chicago IL

Pete and Noah did an excellent job. I have worked with several plumbers in the Chicago area over the last few years and these two were by far the best. They were efficient, thorough, and explained all of the considerations. We plan to only work with Pete and Noah in the future.

Cormac was wonderful, he was very thorough in his inspection to diagnose the problem, went over all of my options with me, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. He also gave me referrals for a handyman service and a reconstruction company to handle wet drywall. I am so glad I called John Baethke & Son, right from the get go where a live person took all of my information and communicated well, I knew I was in good hands. I called Roto-Rooter around 1P on a Friday and Kyle arrived by 4PM same day to replace my leaking garbage disposal. He was courteous and efficient. This was my 2nd positive experience with Roto-Rooter. Two months ago, my upstairs neighbor's' bathtub leaked into my dining room. I was so relieved with the quick repair at that time that I did not hesitate to call them for this unrelated leak. I was again so happy that it could be repaired within a few hours notice on a Friday afternoon.

Jan's team showed up exactly on time. They were efficient and knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations. Their communication was clear throughout the process - making sure we understood ahead of time what would would be required and how much it would cost. We will be returning to them in the future.

Mike and the gang from Rocket Plumbing are the best in the business. I've had them here at my Jefferson Park home for three repairs, including a check valve installation, and, most recently, a sewer line repair. Each time they've done excellent work at a fair price, have been communicative and informative, and have never tried to upsell unnecessary services. As a licensed home inspector here in Chicago, I have high standards for the contractors I work with, and these guys definitely deliver, time and time again. Whenever my home inspection clients ask for a plumbing recommendation, I always tell them to call Rocket.

Alex and Sam were able to come out the morning after I called, showed up promptly at 7am, and were able to diagnose and fix the issue within 40 minutes. I still made it to work on time! This is an excelent plumber, i initially hired someone else who could not get the job done. I found Chicagoland Plumbing through recommendation within the industry. Edwin went above and beyond working for 6 hours to clear a clog in what turned out to be a bad connection at our second floor unit in a typical greystone. Its been working well ever sense and we will be following all maintenance recommendations. All and all, he was smart, found the issue, got it fixed, very clean, and did not charge any extra for the unexpected durration of the work needed. He is my forever chicago plumber.

We had an amazing experience with Brandon and Aidoun (sp).Brandon diagnosed our problem within minutes of arriving.
Our ejector pump went bad so nothing on our basement level (bathroom, shower, utility sinks, washer/dryer outlet) was going out to the sewer. You can only image the smell and look on my face when I tried to use a plunger thinking I had a clogged toilet.

These guys calmed my anxiety and replaced the old pump probably within an hour. It was quick and they walked me through the entire process.

The emergency repair was expensive but well worth the cost. Today we woke up to a fresh smelling “Mancave” as if nothing had ever happened. I highly recommend this place for any of your plumbing needs.

I hired Eric to replace my sump pump at my rental property. He came on time, send me constant updates with pictures and videos, went to the store, sent me receipts for the supplies.
