We’ve had various plumbing issues in our building over the years and tried a few different plumbing companies. When the main water line coming in to our building sprung a leak, we weren’t able get any of the plumbing companies that we had used before to come out fast enough. That’s when we found Edwin at Chicagoland Quality Plumbing. After Edwin fixed our leak, I started talking with him about some of the other plumbing issues in our old building and in my unit. Coincidentally, my unit on the ground floor was just starting to be rehabbed, and the contractor couldn’t find a plumber. I asked Edwin if he was interested in the work and he was. That started an 8 month project where he repaired and improved our main sewer and sanitation lines, added an outdoor hose spigot, did the rough ins for my bathroom remodels, removed and replaced a bathtub, water heater, 2 toilets, garbage disposal, and all faucets and fixtures. I found Edwin to be very responsive and professional, and the work he did was good quality, just like the name of his business. He stands behind his work and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

Had a leak under our tub. They ended up having to replace a pipe in a tight spot. These guys were awesome, on time and super clean after the job. Will definitely call them again if we have another issue in the future.

I had some water leakage problems on a toilet in my Rogers Park Condo. I'm not home often and my roommate didn't know what to do. I contacted VanDerBosch as they had done a fantastic job for my partners home a few months back in Andersonville with fixing (2) sink leaks and replacement of some faucets all done at a reasonable price and relatively quick amount of time. Upon calling VanDerBosch, Lauren helped get me scheduled for a tech to come out within a couple hours. Upon arriving at my home, Joe, my technician, was able to figure out what the problem was and called me to explain what was happening and gave me a free quote on the spot. Since it was a minor fix and we had a temporary answer to our water leak problems, I chose not to have them do the work as I can do it myself but I know that I have a trusted guy that I can call on for any future problems. I feel confident in referring this plumbing company to others since I had a good experience and I have seen completion work performed at my partners home and the tech was polite, low pressure and the area was left clean. Tried multiple other businesses to come out and fix our upstairs bathroom that was leaking into our main floor causing water damage to the ceiling. Some never fixed it and actually caused more issues, others were flakey. Finally found father and sons plumbing and they came out right away, were very thorough and efficient in finding where our leak was coming from and fixed our issue. They were very professional and courteous and upfront and clear about pricing and the issue we had. We also had a failed diy project putting in a sink which they came out and fixed for us promptly. They will definitely be our first and only call from now on if we ever run into anymore plumbing issues and will recommend them to our friends and family.

I called Eric in the afternoon and he was able to come the next morning and replaced my garbage disposal. Great service, great price, knows what he is doing, and gets the job done! He looked at a couple other plumbing issues I have and will be returning to fix those. I think I just found my new plumber.
