Best Water Heater Installation in Chicago IL

Rescue Plumbing recently helped us when our kitchen faucet started leaking. Rick and his colleague were very professional and honest. We thought we would have to replace our entire faucet but Rick was able to fix our existing faucet which was great. We were impressed by how knowledgeable he was on our existing Hansgrohe faucet as well as the backup Delta faucet we purchased (in case it needed to be replaced). Highly recommend Rescue Plumbing!

I had a huge backup into my basement from tree roots getting into my pipes. I called several different plumbers and most didn't even answer the phone. After I called Roto Rooter there were at my house in under twenty minutes. It was quite impressive! The technician was very helpful and explained everything, even finding a clean out I didn't even know I had. He routed out my whole pipe system and his supervisor stopped by to see how it was going and scopes my pipes to see what was actually down there. Overall I was very impressed and would highly recommend these guys!

Rocket Plumbing is our go-to plumber when we have problems with our 120 year old three flat. After trying several different plumbing companies around the city I am relieved to have at least one company I can trust. All their technicians are honest and upfront about what they're doing and why. Multiple times they've given us discounts when the job wasn't as much work as they expected. That's on top of the already competitive quotes that they give.

5 Stars all the way!!! I called Rob, last spring, to see about options for some kind of flood control for my basement. I liked that he offers several different options depending on the individual situation. Though I knew I would probably hire Rob after our first phone conversation - he doesn't come out for free estimates. He actually cables the sewer line to locate everything pertaining to the job. I brought him in last - since I knew my sewer line needed some rodding anyway.

I talked to 5 different companies, 4 of which gave me detailed estimates. My instincts were correct to hire Rob. He came out with John on a Saturday to do the evaluation and rod our line. They thoroughly explained everything with our current systems and the best solutions. We decided to go with a 'modified overhead sewer system. The basement drains, toilet, and washer/dryer are no longer connected to the city sewer line. They now drain into an ejector pit which pumps the waste water up to the main stack. Sewer will never flood my basement. I think there needs to be 6 feet of water outside in order for gravity to push the sewage up to my first floor..

Rob called with the estimate 2 days later - gave me the price $6000. After talking to the other companies, I was ready to pull the trigger on this one. Great news was they could start tomorrow.

They showed up on time ready to work (Jermaine and Ed). Friendly and hardworking. Worked all day excavating the basement floor. After 1 or 2 days we talked to Rob about having some rough in plumbing so we can build a bathroom down there. They threw that in for $1500 and also moved my Hot Water Heater and added an extra floor vent. This was a big job and every one of the workers were first rate - Jermaine, Ed, John, Luke, and of course Rob. Job took 5 days.

Communication with Tom, in the office, was also pleasant.

Excellent job by all of them - I couldn't be happier. And they finished a couple of days before our first big rain - I slept easy that night.

I have used this company for several years and I have been very impressed with their work. I called them yesterday to repair a leaking pipe in my kitchen and they were able to send out a plumber within a very short period of time. He was very friendly and was done within a very short period of time. I was very impressed with the entire experience.

We had Goode come out for an emergency plumbing backup & garage leak in our building, and Chris K. did a brilliant job locating the clog that was causing the backups and resolving it. We also have past experience with Goode and. have found them consistently professional and very clear, patient, and friendly in explaining whatever is happening and the solutions needed to address it. We also used Goode plumbing for our water heater replacement a couple of years ago and recently had someone in to look at our HVAC system -- he immediately went into a little litany of unsolicited praise for by the high quality installation they did on the water heater.
