Thanks Burris and Son Plumbing for unstopping my kitchen drain. It’s a great feeling knowing that there are still a a few professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy (not scheming and scamming) plumbers in Chicago... I called Roto Rooter at 9a.m. and they have yet to show up and it is now 5 p.m. ABC plumbing doesn’t frequent this side of town and some other place wants $99 to run a diagnostic test to see what’s wrong or $99 just for making that trip. I don’t think so. I appreciate you Mr. Burris thanks for servicing my neighborhood.

Mike and Kevin were nothing but fantastic to work with. When I had an emergency to get my house pipes thawed out, they were very responsive and came to my house within the hour. They listened to what I had to say and they took care of the problem. I would highly recommend them!

A couple months ago my husband was out of town for work and during a rain storm I noticed my gutter drain was clogged up really bad causing water to buildup in our gangway next to our home. Called my husband, he told me to call Apex. Chaz the owner's son came out and got the clog cleared right away. He was really easy to deal with and really good with our crazy dog Wilma. I would definitely use this company again in the future if I needed anything plumbing related.

Mike's was great. They got in and out efficiently, and helped troubleshoot an issue that a different plumbing company was unable to fix. Mike's plumbers wore PPE and were extremely careful when working inside our place. Our sinks have never run so smoothly and we'll be using Mike's for all our plumbing needs moving forward.

Dimitry was quick to answer the phone and get a repair person scheduled to assess the issue. Lenny the plumber was friendly and worked quickly. Two quick visits later, and after tracking down the right part to repair the shower faucet, I now have hot water again. I recommend giving CJ Plumbing an opportunity to fix your issue.

There was a leak in my downstairs neighbor's bathroom ceiling. I called yesterday afternoon, and first thing this morning, I had a plumber. He was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. Although fixing the toilet addressed the issue, he did check to make sure the sink and shower were not creating an issue. I hope I don't need a plumber again, but I will call REI Plumbing if I do.

I would never recommend Ed’s Plumbing and Sewer, Inc. they gauged an 84 year old woman $788 dollars to repair a garage spigot. See the attached invoice. The water heater was leaking too and they told her to watch it after a hot shower. Had someone else replace the heater $900. That plumber said spigot should have been$175 max . We got Ed’s Plumbing & Sewer, Inc. from the church bulletin. Calling the church next

If possible, please avoid this company like the plague. They have no sense of professionalism or courtesy. We have dealt with them on multiple occasions before and actually had to hire a different group of plumbers to assess the situation. We have them the information of where we were told the leak was by a group that can actually do their jobs.They completely disregarded our comments and continued to do whatever work they deemed “correct”. We are only using them because the home owners association is forcing us to even though they have not been able to solve this problem for the past year and a half. They also just destroyed our entire shower wall because they are still unable to find the problem. 0/10
