We had a totally collapsed catch basin by our patio, so Chuck at APEX came out and looked at it. They had rebuilt it in two days, even though it was raining hard the first day. I highly recommend APEX, and they they left the worksite spotless.

Bobba and Wayne weren’t able to fix my sink. They asked for 250$ to get my sink from slow draining to black nasty standing water. They basically made things worst. They weren’t able to put pipes back together properly twice so now I don’t only have standing water But a leaky pipe too. They weren’t able to find the basin so they left. I told them that my sink was leaking and had been bad for the past days. They didn’t even look at it they just left. I do not recommend this experience to anyone. Do not contract them they lack professionalism. Bobba and Wayne came 3 times and made things worst they aren’t able to fix the problem.

Edit. Rescue Plumbing was able to come in 1 days notice and found the catch basin in 10 min.

Called 4 plumbers that were too busy to deal with my problem before I called Mike. Mike was at my home in 25 minutes and completed the work within 2 hours. He was professional and explained the process each step at a time.

Don't look anywhere else for your plumbing needs. Our hot water went out on a Saturday afternoon. After calling around to try and get ahold of someone in our area, I tried calling CJ Plumbing and got a response right away. I was told someone could come out first thing on Sunday morning. This was shocking to me, as I assumed I wouldn't be able to get anyone until Monday. I am so thankful for Demitry at CJ Plumbing & Heating. He was able to fix our problem quickly and he was so kind and honest. Demitry and his team went above and beyond to make sure our issue was fixed. We now won't go anywhere else for our plumbing needs!

I had a sump pump that was not going off and my basement started to pool with water. It started raining really bad and I didn't know what to do. That's when I went to Google and found Chicago water heater and pump specialist. I was able to talk to someone when I called and get someone out the same day due to an emergency. Sam came out. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, and was able to get the sump pump replaced and save my basement from flooding. I was very grateful. I highly recommend this company. They were fair priced very professional, and after taking care of my sump pump I had a few other issues with my garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He was able to give me a couple solutions and we most definitely will be calling Chicago water heater and pump specialist back. This company not only handles sump pumps but everything with plumbing inside our home.

REI Plumbing has fixed multiple issues in our old home from a simple replacement of a leaky kitchen faucet to what to do with smelly garbage disposal to fixing the bathroom plumbing after a toilet ring went bad. They are punctual and do a great job without charging you excessively. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
