The tech that came out was more worried if was going to pay and trying to say the reason for my back up was due to the recent rains. After I explained that I would rather him rod it since I have a tree literally over my drain so I can give my tenants peace of mind. He finally did. I also asked him before he started work if he could check out a leaking toilet. Again I didn’t care for the cost just him to do the work. He finished Roding and then said he didn’t have a wax ring. Roto-rooter Your techs are out there trying to get out of their work orders! I’m here throwing money at them and they’re looking to run from it. I’ll be using another service for me and my investment properties.

I talked to Derrick from Rocket Plumbing about a leak I had from my tub. He was extremely helpful over the phone and actually helped me resolve the issue without coming to my house. I'm in the process of purchasing a 3rd floor unit which just happens to be having the vertical risers replaced by the HOA and Rob took time out of his very busy day to explain the work he is doing and how it is personally going to affect and fix my unit's current water issues. He was very straightforward with his explanation and was very patient and friendly on the phone with me even though I'm just the potential buyer and not even his current client.
