Passable work at exorbitant prices. I can not recommend enough that you stay away from Baethke plumbing - almost $1000 for hooking in a dishwasher and replacing a drain basket, less than 2 hours of work. I instantly regretted accepting their insane quote, which I would not have done without their deliriously high call-out fee. Stay away unless you enjoy paying 2 to 3 times what you should!

We so appreciate Steve, Lupe, Jesus, Larry (and the rest of the water restoration team) for helping us in an emergency! I have received professional and courteous service twice from this company. Both technicians dispatched to my unit to conduct repairs were knowledgeable and willing to help. Although there were some initial communication impediments, the company worked through them to resolve my issue (gas leaks). I would recommend this group of professionals to my friends/family. I would use them again for future needs.

As a first time and new landlord, i’m still learning the ropes everything from finding quality appliances to repair and maintenance people who can live up to their hype. I’m happy to say I found a plumber Kavana’s plumbing & heating.
One of my tenants notified me that they had a problem in the bathroom, after hiring 2 separate plumbers who could not fix the problem I found Kavana’s plumbing & heating online.
I gave them a call they said they can be there within the hour and they were.
After looking at the problem they explain to me how they was going to fix it and what the cost would be. I agreed with their price and he went straight to work, 45 minutes later the problem was fixed the tenant was happy and so was I.
The next time I have plumbing problems Kavana’s plumbing & heating Will be my first call.

These guys are amazing! Extremely personable and professional. We are newer homeowners, and new to the whole catch basin system. William and his dad came out and not only cleaned out our catch basin and hydro jetted our pipes, but they patiently answered our many questions about how the whole system works. They got everything done quickly, and also gave advice regarding next steps and maintenance. Their team is definitely our go-to plumbing experts moving forward!

Apex was referred to me by a friend and after calling them about my sink and garbage disposal back-up. They sent Branden and Adan out to fix the problem. They were both friendly, professional and knew what they were doing. They fixed the problem and cleaned up after. Prices are fair. Highly recommend them and would use them again.
