After a plumber from a different company cancelled on us we reached out to Rescue Plumbing for help and they went above and beyond! They were able to help us on a Sunday and totally fixed our drain issue. We even booked our plumber, Vince again to repair a kitchen pipe and install a faucet after he did such a good job fixing our shower. Vince was prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire visit. We'd definitely recommend Rescue Plumbing.

Very happy with my experience with Roto-rooter. Kyle (#784) was super personable and definitely made the process a bit more joyful (no drain issues are cool!) James (#2201) was also super educated and honest. They both came out on a Saturday on their off-time so that was pretty sweet too. Despite the price, everything seems to be running quite smooth now. Over all, would def recommend.

I have been calling for 2 hours trying to reach someone to help me with my plumbing issue. Every other plumber I called to schedule a quote/appt is picking up right away! This si really frustrating as I would like to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Professional. Our heating and cooling company recommended Vanderbosch when we had an emergency on a Sunday morning. This was the only company (the company we usually use did not return our call in addition to other larger local companies) who returned my call and talked us through how to immediately stop the retainer tank leak, which was spraying water. A few days later someone came out to service it and explained everything about the hot water tank to us and gave us options. They were reliable and on schedule.

After a DIY failure, I contact Go-Rooter on a Friday evening and received an email response within minutes. It wasn't an emergency but they came early Saturday morning to fix the clogged bathroom sink. They are not the cheapest but they are responsive, timely and provide great service. I highly recommend.

Updated review: I wish I could give Rescue Plumbing 7 stars. I thought my new plumbing had a leak and it turned out that I installed the shower head wrong (massive facepalm). The same team visited my home and they were gracious, understanding, and fixed the issue quickly. Love this company.

Used yesterday 2/17/18. Second time I’ve used them and I am very satisfied. First time I had a bad seal on my toilet and the gentleman fixed in the first hour he was there. This time around I had a leak on the second floor and the plumber (Joe) showed up and helped me identify the cause of the leak in the first hour he was there. They didn’t milk the clock or up charge me and we’re honest about the solutions. They were also on time. Will definitely recommend to my friends and will also use in the future.

We had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. Making an appointment is easy because their admin staff are super organized. Both times we were able to get someone to come out within a day. The guys that came and installed our new sump pump were incredibly nice and professional. They emailed us options to fix our problem with price estimates, which made everything really clear and easy. Everybody at Rescue is so friendly! We highly recommend.

We used Loves for a leak in a pipe that was causing damage in our living room. I can’t say enough great things about the work that was completed. Our phone call was quickly responded to on a Saturday. He answered all our questions and explained as he worked. He protected all the surface areas in the work area and cleaned up after he completed the job. He was thorough and tested and retested until he was sure the problem was fixed.
