I hired another company in the Chicago area who specializes in gas fire pit Installations to install a fire pit on my rooftop. The company showed up without the correct equipment to do the job and left me in a bind as I needed the fire pit for a party that evening. I called Rob late morning on a Friday and told him my situation. I sent him a few photos of what was needed. He went out of his way to accommodate me into his schedule. I had a lit fire pit by 4pm!! His service was nothing short of spectacular. I will definitely use him again!

Just had a driver/plumber in a company car just about rear end me while driving like a maniac on the Kennedy; driving way to fast for the far-right lane where cars are exiting and entering the highway and driving slower in general. If that carelessness and recklessness is a mark of their work, you should probably look elsewhere.

This is a bad plumbing outfit. They charge extremely high prices for a less than adequate job -- they don't look for solutions and borderline rude in trying to figure out what to do about 'grey area' type problems. Poor experience overall! Not using again!

In the last year Kuhn Plumbing has done a number of projects for us. These include installing a basement sink and setting up attachments for a washer, repairing a pipe under the kitchen sink, and improved the flow of our shower head. Each time they completed a quality job on schedule. Plus we had a number of plumbers look at our shower head problem, but only Tom was able to dramatically improve the flow.

I worked with Jay to replace an old leaking water main, and from start to finish him and his team were quick and professional. He gave a competitive estimate for the service and had a great plan for the job. Within 2 days they had excavated and replaced the old pipe and filled the hole, and during that time I was only without water for the home for a short time.
