Jan from Vanguard Plumbing & Sewer was responsive and professional as it gets. Jan performed quality work in short time notice when I had a pvc pipe issue in the attic that wasn’t properly installed. In addition, Jan installed a new sump pump and battery backup system that was much needed in my basement. Jan’s knowledge and quality of work is his upmost priority. He really knows his stuff. I would recommend Jan and Vanguard Plumbing to anyone and will continue to use him in the future.

Luis was amazing. Great service, provided a fair quote and scheduled the job quickly. He also helped troubleshoot and solve the inevitable issues that occur working on plumbing with old homes, making sure that I understood what the issues were and the potential options to fix.

Jonathan responded right away after having an emergency issues with pump in basement. My old land lord recommended him. He was very knowledgeable and patient discussing options. Within 1hr Milton was in the property, took a quick look and started to replace the ejector pump. Showed us what he would do, answered all questions we had, and was very profesional with everything. At the end, parts and labor was half of what Roto Rooter was going to charge me and now I have a go to plumber that I will call back if I have any issues.

Office manager is really easy to work with - she was so helpful with figuring out what work I needed done via phone and helping to schedule and coordinate it. Technicians showed up right on time and did a great job with the work needed.

We have used Van Der Bosch plumbing for at least 10 years. As a management company, it is hard to find an honest, hardworking contractor who returns your calls, comes through in an emergency and drops everything to help you. This is Van Der Bosch. They come on time, they get to the root of the problem (they don't just band-aid problems) and they are pleasant to work with even when standing in knee deep sewer water. Highly recommend them.

I called Apex to request help with low water pressure, they came by and gave an assessment and identified the issue as needing a pressure pump, about $4000. I trusted their assessment and spent an additional $1000 to get electrical wired to support the pump. At the end of the project, the water pressure wasn’t fixed. They then came by again and said it was the pipe issue and it couldn’t be fixed with a pressure pump, that I had already paid for and installed. They would not take any returns nor any credits for their work or incorrect assessment. I messaged them about this and it was ignored. Extremely disappointed and out $5000 for nothing.

Mr. Burris is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, honest, and fair. When I do need a new furnace, I will call his company first!

Hiring a plumber is nerve-wracking. Would I get a fair price? Would the work be done right or would it just be a quick fix? It's hard to find good people to work with! But wow, John and his team are honest, professional, thorough, and do incredible work. I called Mike after hearing about him from a neighbor. I had a different neighbor let me know about a leak into her unit. I set up a time for him to come by and take a look. He showed up on time, wore gloves while he worked and was able to confirm the “O” ring needed to be replaced. He was done in under an hour! He then checked to make sure it filled and flushed properly. I highly recommend.
