Best Sewer Problem in Chicago IL

I have only one bathroom in my apartment and a clogged toilet. I tried everything the internet recommends—hot water, plunger, baking soda and vinegar, I even bought an auger—and nothing worked. I was in a time crunch as I was going out of town for the weekend and didn’t want to risk things getting worse after I left. I had two different companies cancel appointments on me. Then I was able to easily schedule a last minute early evening appointment online with RR. My service was quick and easy and my technician was extremely kind! My only complaint is that the cost was quite pricey for the job I had done, even with a coupon I found online. But if you can afford it, I definitely would recommend using RR for your service!

Needed plumber ASAP for rental. The only ones who actually answered the phone! Came out right away and fixed a more complicated problem on a toilet. Good price and left the place clean clean, clean!!

Called for sewer rodding service. They looked into the catch basin and told me that it appeared to be in good shape. Asking why I requested this service, I told them there was a problem with 1 bathroom drainage. They identified the source of the problem by crawling under the house, getting covered in dirt and spider webs and still insisted that this was a free estimate. Jesus quickly shed wisdom on the direct problem...a problem that was not able to be understood or explained by a whole afternoon spent with ABC Plumbing. Highly recommended.

First Chicago Plumbing caused damage to our shower faucet by not taking the necessary measures while working on another unit in our building. They also lied about what measures could be taken to prevent the issue. Quoting First Chicago Plumbing's response:
Shower faucets do not have stop valves so there was no way to shut them off.
when the fact is there are valves at the water entry points (hot and cold) to the bathroom.
Since then they have been uncooperative and haven't provided insurance details upon multiple requests from the condo association. It is extremely unprofessional of a plumbing company to run away from their responsibilities after causing damage due to their own negligence and then be uncooperative in providing proof of insurance. Stay away from this company since they run away when things don't go right.

Chicagoland Quality Plumbing Inc Informed me after feeding a camera down my main sewer that my main line from my house and the sewer line from the city had separated causing sewage back up into my home. Edwin unclogged my sewer line and recommend adding a sewer clean out on the outside of my home. He was knowledgeable, very professional, and confirmed the issue causing my problem before making his recommendations. I highly recommend this company. Id give more stars if I was able to.

VanDerBosch Plumbing recommended $6,100 for work on a catch basin under my condo unit. I decided it was important to get a 2nd opinion and our condo board agreed. Power Plumbers conducted the 2nd opinion and determined the line in question is not in use, so the work was unnecessary.

It was a very simple process for Power to determine this and if you ask me, a crucial component every plumber should verify before they recommend such a big job - this would have involved ripping up my hardwood floor and 3 feet of concrete to get to the pipe.

I have reached out multiple times for a follow up on kitchen and bathroom work. After they came out and I paid for a service call (which they claim can be applied to the actual work performed) they stopped returning my calls.

The only good thing with this company is Rita in customer service. She was able to get me earlier appt then what was scheduled and very friendly. For someone who doesn't know much abt water heaters and being a 1st time home homeowner the explanation on what needed to be done was terrible. I got a price amount that would included removal of old tank, installing new tank with parts and draining of water and cleanups...$1900. well the water was coming out my old tank something terrible so I ask if they can come and remove old tank. Sure I was told for a fee of $650 so I let them remove old tank. well u would think if I decided too go ahead and let them installed new tank that some kind of deduction from $1900 would be in place. NOPE. they still was asking $1900 just to install but no removal.i was was very disappointed. Not helping me to understand the process on what needed to be done plus the in and outs on the process on how the water tank works was also disappointing.

We have used Blanton Plumbing on several occasions. Each time we have used Blanton, they have done extraordinarily service. We had an gas emergency at our building and a crew came out and worked hours until the night until all our gas leaks were repaired. I have recommended Blanton Plumbing numerous times and will continue.

Walter gave a quote when he came out to check the problem . He showed that he was license and bonded before I agreed that he was the man for the job. He came back did the job promptly and charged the quoted primero. I would recommend his company to any and everybody. 5 stars!!!

This guy is literally walking around downtown Chicago asking people including me to forge a signature that he didnt get on a plumbing contract. And was rude to us when we said no! He said it's not even your name. My friend told him it's still forgery! And he went on to thre next person.

Contacted Matt to make a shower faucet workable. I only have one shower and in this weird world, I can't go to the gym or anything. He problem shot with me and came out twice to provide a workable solution. Now I am going to have him redo my whole bathroom once we can leave the house.

I called Mike after hearing about him from a neighbor. I had a different neighbor let me know about a leak into her unit. I set up a time for him to come by and take a look. He showed up on time, wore gloves while he worked and was able to confirm the “O” ring needed to be replaced. He was done in under an hour! He then checked to make sure it filled and flushed properly. I highly recommend.
