Pete came by to consult about a drainage issue with our sink. He knew what the problem was right away and helped communicate the issue to our landlord. I would reach out to Rescue Plumbing and Pete in the future for any plumbing issues.

This is my 2nd Time partnering w/JB&S. Once again, they exceeded my expectations. I had a pipe burst and they had it fixed w/in a few hours.

Armion was very professional and knowledgeable , he showed up politely introducing his name and the company he is working for, he was observing CDC guidelines ( facial covering and social distancing). He explained in details his assessment and resolution to our ejector and sump pumps situation. Work was done efficiently. I highly recommend Rotorooter for plumbing and drain services. Will definitely call again for their services in the future.

Jesus was awesome. Right after moving in to our new house, we had water backup in our basement. He assessed the situation, tested it the ejector pump, and determined it was just a stuck valve most likely due to having not been used in so long prior to us moving in. He said it if happened again we could just jiggle the pipe to dislodge the valve. He tested it a few times and it DID WORK. He said if I still wanted, he could open it up and look but I decided his verdict was good enough for me. He said it was NO CHARGE and wouldn't accept payment even though I tried to insist. He was really great at explaining everything to me since I know very little about plumbing or sewer issues. He was awesome and will definitely be our go-to guy for this stuff from now on.

Best plumbing company I’ve met to date. Their prices are on the higher end of the market, but it’s matched by the quality of their work and their professionalism. Very intelligent and practiced workmanship. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to ensure their job is in good hands.

We have used Chicagoland Plumbing for years and Edwin has never let us down. He is extremely reliable and responsive and will take as long as he needs to fix the problem. This last time, we had our laundry sink overflow and after clearing the drain, he correctly identified the problem as overflow from our catch basin. This is just the latest example of his excellent work.

Vanderbosch worked on the kitchen sink in my parents’ house in April. They were so efficient I used them for my condo. They’re licensed in Chicago, knowledgeable about condo requirements and handled all condo document requirements in a timely fashion. An absolute dream to work with.

Thought it was ejector pump that needed replacing, but it was only the valve. Honest, professional service. Will use this company again. Highly recommend!

Very professional and helpful. I live out of state and was kept informed during the entire process. This was a complicated job because the piping is all over the place. I had several frozen pipes and a broken pipe. I would definitely hire them again.

Called Rescue first thing in the a.m. Had a team, Pete and Noah on site by Noon. Thorough examination, honest assessment. Adjustments were made, leak was fixed. Fast, accurate and knowledgeable. Definitely will use again.

Great and quick service to help fix the issues with my toilet. Overall a great response working with both the on-site tech and customer service team.

Do not use this company. Had a very horrible experience. I made an appointment and paid for their annual membership after I was convinced by one of the sales person that with $200 annual membership, I will get 10% discount for the service provided in the future. They never showed up on the scheduled appointment and I had to call 2nd time to reschedule it. They never showed up the 2nd time I called and I called again for 3rd time and very apologetic about about the situation. I gave them one final chance and promised someone will call to reschedule and never called me back. After paying $200 annual membership and this type of service will not keep any customers happy. I have no idea how this company received 5 stars with this unprofessional service and their customer service do not feel like working at all. I rarely give a bad review but this is way beyond my patience.

ZERO STARS !! I spoke to Mark a day after leaving a message to get an estimate to replace a shower base. We spoke on the phone and I told him we wanted a shower base removed and a newer on installed. I sent detailed pictures to him per his request. He replied that he was concerned about something he saw in the picture I sent so I told him I would contact the building engineer with the concern he had - I email him with the building engineers response and did not get any reply whatsoever - perhaps this company is content rodding sewer lines for a living.

Great service! Don was quick, explained everything very well, and took care of me. Even when the problem persisted after the initial visit, the came back out and made sure everything was fixed. Even went above and beyond and did some cleanup for me which was very much so appreciated! Awesome service!

Had a serious sewer issue last week . John came over very quickly. He assessed the issue and started work the next day. It was a multi day job and his team worked as fast and efficiently as possible to get the job done right. He also helped me navigate with the insurance company to get a quick reimbursement.

Dennis came out to our house on 2 hours notice to snake some grease from our main sewer line. I found him to be extremely efficient, friendly, and professional. He also shared a lot of his knowledge related to practice measures to take in the future to avoid a repeat emergency. I was extremely please with the service overall and would gladly call him again, although hopefully not under emergent conditions next time!
