When I was able to get a plumber technician out to my house after waiting for two days, I was satisfied with the service from the technician. He installed my brand new toilet in a very time efficient and generous with the price quote. I was happy with the work, the plumber left my bathroom clean, and he made sure that everything properly worked before leaving.

After trying to fix a leaking pipe under my bathroom sink and realizing it needed to be cut and replaced, I found Vanguard via a Yelp search and received an estimate. I thought it could be a bit high, so I got a few other estimates and realized that it was going to be a bigger project than I assumed. I ultimately went with Vanguard based on their excellent reviews and I am happy I did. They set up an appointment next day and completed the job in essentially the estimated time. I also had them replace an o-ring on one of my toilets as we were getting sewer odors. Come to find out it wasn't the o-ring, it was a lack of a proper flange. So that also needed to be replaced. All-in-all, the quality and service were excellent. Will definitely reach out to Vanguard first with my next plumbing need.

The city informed me that our water meter in our house was running continuously, which implies there's a leak, but my spouse and I couldn't find one one anywhere. I called Jesus at 9 am, and by 11 am he was at my house. He checked the meter, and then the first place we looked -- the basement toilet -- was the leaking culprit! Jesus turned off the water to the toilet, and the meter stopped spinning. I'm thankful for Jesus's quick and professional work, and he didn't charge us anything! Very friendly and knows what he's doing. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Since I bought my house in 2012 - this is the only person I have trusted to do anything on any aspect of the plumbing. They also installed my gas line for the grill outside. Which I never knew was in the scope of plumber's work! Great job all around and highly recommend.

Elias is 2nd generation that understands he must continue good work to continue good name. Top of the line equipment. Fast, polite, neat, and ready to explain. Used water jet to clear sewer line after camera review. 3 roots will slow down a sewer apparently.

I was having some serious plumbing problems and I had no idea what I was going to do. I had called several different plumbing companies and and they would tell me that they would call me back or they can't get to me until the next day, now mind you I was unable to flush my toilet so I was needing help right away. I called go Rooter and this was in the evening after hours, and they came right out. My plumber or technician name was Bert he was patient honest and did everything he could to help me and explain everything to me. I would recommend this company especially Bert to anybody who's having plumbing problems. I'm not just saying this I really mean it I think God for them.

Even though it was an easy fix, he and his partner were very professional and took the time to show us what to look for. Appreciate the professionalism and help!

I called Matt on Memorial Day morning and within a couple hours he took time away from his family and came over and fixed a plumbing issue with our bathtub faucet - a heavy leak that required turning the water off to the whole house. He arrived on time (despite the short notice on a holiday!), was very nice, pleasant, and professional, and fixed the problem in no time.
